Replacement for 10 year old Mac Book Pro

It took three trips to get most of the data transferred. It should have happened at the first visit. The computer seems fine for my applications.

Pretty good laptop, poor service

I did have a subpar experience buying it from the store, as I asked for the Space Gray and received silver. It also came with a chip in the space bar which has the keyboard light shining through.
