I purchased this computer as an open box and I really can't complain. It works great has no damage that is visible to me to which would make me feel like I wasn't getting my money worth. It processes fast enough for me to have several tabs open. Though I bought with small memory, I supplement with either an external hard drive or saving on the cloud. It is light enough to carry around with daily. Normally I am a PC person. Because of my job I had to switch to use a mac. This computer was even compatible with the Microsoft arc wireless mouse to help me have a right clicking mouse. I am extremely happy with my purchase and strongly recommend!

Amazing laptop. Simply put, the speed and stability of this changes what I expect from a laptop moving forward. The battery life is unreal as well. It still has a way to go with integrating iPad and iPhone apps, but for regular use it is amazing.

Great battery life and great for browsing and lifestyle use. Problem is i biught this on August 2022 and now it wont turn. on and I have to send to Apple Care since I didnt buy a warranty plan. Laptop was put away for 2 weeks, and when I went to turn it on, there is no power. Seems to be a battery issue as all reset fixes dont work. Another Apple reliability issue with battery.

love this new laptop especially with the M1 chip. Performance is great, included faster speeds and download times. This is very powerful and a big upgraded for the intel processors.

Best investment I made. When I don’t have wifi I use the hot spot to do my college homework. I logged into Best Buy and felt happy that i bought this laptop and feel it was completely worth it.

Got this laptop after extensively searching for a good laptop to learn web development. Incredible all around once you learn MacOS if you have no prior experience with it. Battery life is incredible, especially if you’re on and off it and still great with continuous use. Screens nice and display is pretty crisp. First time using a Mac while owning an IPhone so it’s pretty cool that they can pair and things like search history and location can be tracked between both devices constantly. Overall a really good purchase despite the price range being high to what I remember it being as the last time I owned a laptop was back in 2014.

Apple has really delivered with this one that M1 chip is a beast. Good luck to other companies catching up I think it will be a few years before we see anything in this form factor that can beat apple silicon at this price point.

Works great, I love it. It honestly doesn't really offer anything more than what my 2014 MacBook Air did. Some things are new, like the dashboard touchpad above keyboard. This has the M1 chip and I can't speak to this much because I'm not familiar with this too much. However, I do know that the M1 chip replaces the multiple chips they used in the past and the M1 chip has been used regularly in the phones and tablets. Overall great product, just as reliable as my MAC prior. Definitely worth the purchase if your old computer isn't taking anymore software updates. If you don't need to purchase one just yet, don't buy one due to price, but if you do need a new computer I'd say this is a great computer. There are many comparible computers out there now, some even better, but I am an Apple person. I prefer Apple and stick with Apple.

Great purchase, have for about 1 year and half now and works awesome, the battery life on this thing is a plus! Works well when I use for editing pictures/videos , small and compatible

For everyday use. This is a must weather to watch a movie. Look up anything write a story. This iPad is perfect. Very fast. love the control bar. Easy to learn and quick to get familiar with. Highly recommend and love my purchase.

In love with my laptop. It’s fast, easy to use. I’ve had a MacBook all my life and the one before this lasted me almost 6 years so I knew I was going to purchase another one. The M1 chip is unique and fast. Battery life is amazing.

Best Buy delivered the new MacBook Pro in record time and was great at the way their handled my business. This is the third MacBook Pro I have purchased from them and their service has always been great. The MacBook Pro is tops in operations and performance. My only gripe with it is that in their effort to build thin computers, Apple no longer includes DVD slot, camera card slot. You also have to purchase accessories for all connections except for the charger...but in my opinion it is the best computer on the market and I will stick with it.

Really amazing. This Mac is super fast, you can tell the difference with this new M1 chip against the older ones. Really a great purchase. My only regret is buying the silver one, not the space gray

Fast. The M1 chip delivers quick performance. Screen is bright, colorful, and sharp. Well made and looks sharp! It's my first Apple computer, and so far, I'm very pleased.

For more than 30 years I always had ben a PC guy. More recently an Android guy. But because I am into editing video. This is the first computer that the cost/benefit ration was pointing to an Apple computer. Part of me was sad, but after 1 month using I don't have regrets. The M1 CPU performance does not disappoint editing 4K video. Which is the more demanding task I perform. Love: Sturdiness, battery performance, finished aluminum look, touch bar. Touchpad. Screen Hate: Memorizing new keys / shortcuts and new ways of installing software that I had for granted using a PC. P.S. I plan to find a sticker to cover the Apple logo on the back of the screen. Maybe is the PC guy that still living inside me. But I am still an Android phone guy... Until maybe Apple create something that has a cost/benefit ratio that is better.

My first Mac book laptop. It works great. A bit pricy but it’s worth it. Just need time to get used too as it’s much different from a windows laptop. I was concerned about the size as it’s smaller than my windows laptop but it does not disappoint. It works super fast and once you try it out it is well worth it. I even bought a 2nd one with the new m2 chip for my husband.

i had to purchase a new computer for school as my old computer decided to stop working. I will never regret buying this beautiful little machine! The whole system if flawless, super fast and easy to set up. I love it.

I love this MacBook! It’s a big upgrade even from last years model. The keyboard is awesome, the trackpad is smooth, and the speed is seamless! And that touch bar adds additional functions and features that are easy to access.
