In love with my laptop. It’s fast, easy to use. I’ve had a MacBook all my life and the one before this lasted me almost 6 years so I knew I was going to purchase another one. The M1 chip is unique and fast. Battery life is amazing.

For more than 30 years I always had ben a PC guy. More recently an Android guy. But because I am into editing video. This is the first computer that the cost/benefit ration was pointing to an Apple computer. Part of me was sad, but after 1 month using I don't have regrets. The M1 CPU performance does not disappoint editing 4K video. Which is the more demanding task I perform. Love: Sturdiness, battery performance, finished aluminum look, touch bar. Touchpad. Screen Hate: Memorizing new keys / shortcuts and new ways of installing software that I had for granted using a PC. P.S. I plan to find a sticker to cover the Apple logo on the back of the screen. Maybe is the PC guy that still living inside me. But I am still an Android phone guy... Until maybe Apple create something that has a cost/benefit ratio that is better.

I purchased this computer as an open box and I really can't complain. It works great has no damage that is visible to me to which would make me feel like I wasn't getting my money worth. It processes fast enough for me to have several tabs open. Though I bought with small memory, I supplement with either an external hard drive or saving on the cloud. It is light enough to carry around with daily. Normally I am a PC person. Because of my job I had to switch to use a mac. This computer was even compatible with the Microsoft arc wireless mouse to help me have a right clicking mouse. I am extremely happy with my purchase and strongly recommend!

Got this laptop after extensively searching for a good laptop to learn web development. Incredible all around once you learn MacOS if you have no prior experience with it. Battery life is incredible, especially if you’re on and off it and still great with continuous use. Screens nice and display is pretty crisp. First time using a Mac while owning an IPhone so it’s pretty cool that they can pair and things like search history and location can be tracked between both devices constantly. Overall a really good purchase despite the price range being high to what I remember it being as the last time I owned a laptop was back in 2014.

Great laptop I’ve always wanted one and I’m able to do everything that I’ve always wanted to do with it video editing picture editing, and just every day task watching YouTube watching shows and doing paperwork when I need to do it

Great purchase, have for about 1 year and half now and works awesome, the battery life on this thing is a plus! Works well when I use for editing pictures/videos , small and compatible

I love this MacBook! It’s a big upgrade even from last years model. The keyboard is awesome, the trackpad is smooth, and the speed is seamless! And that touch bar adds additional functions and features that are easy to access.

Really amazing. This Mac is super fast, you can tell the difference with this new M1 chip against the older ones. Really a great purchase. My only regret is buying the silver one, not the space gray

The MacBook Pro M1 is the best laptop you can buy for most use cases. I've had mine about a month now and have found little to no faults with it. The Screen is bright and accurate. The speakers are full and detailed but I wish they were a bit louder. Finally it has all the power you would want from a laptop of this size and then some. The M1 can edit video, photos, play games and still get days of battery life. Not hours. but for me usually 2 days of moderate usage or about 12-16 hours of screen on time depending on what I am doing. For YouTube you can expect to get closer to 20 hours. Which is absolutely insane. If I had one complaint it would be that I'd like USB-C on both sides of the device or to bring back MagSafe. For me this is my favorite laptop I have used since the 2015 MacBook Pro retina 15 inch.

Best Buy delivered the new MacBook Pro in record time and was great at the way their handled my business. This is the third MacBook Pro I have purchased from them and their service has always been great. The MacBook Pro is tops in operations and performance. My only gripe with it is that in their effort to build thin computers, Apple no longer includes DVD slot, camera card slot. You also have to purchase accessories for all connections except for the charger...but in my opinion it is the best computer on the market and I will stick with it.

i had to purchase a new computer for school as my old computer decided to stop working. I will never regret buying this beautiful little machine! The whole system if flawless, super fast and easy to set up. I love it.

So glad I purchased this new Mac. It’s a upgrade from my 2012 model (which still works great). Such a great investment and I pray it carries me another 10 years also. I chose the 13 inch for size and weight and so glad I did

Apple MacBooks have always been the gold standard, but with the M1 chip they look something phenomenal and somehow made it even better. The battery life is insane and I wouldn't trade this computer for the world.

i enjoy mscbooks for its light weight and basic look. the little led panel at the top is a pretty cool add-on. BUT not having a HDMI port is REDICULOUS and makes you buy the m1 pro pro just to get a HDMI port when they were on macbook pros before... they want a thousand extra dollars to get this port. Pretty greedy move is all i can say

Great battery life and great for browsing and lifestyle use. Problem is i biught this on August 2022 and now it wont turn. on and I have to send to Apple Care since I didnt buy a warranty plan. Laptop was put away for 2 weeks, and when I went to turn it on, there is no power. Seems to be a battery issue as all reset fixes dont work. Another Apple reliability issue with battery.

I absolutely love my MacBook! I have been able to navigate with ease so it is very user friendly! My experience was also great and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction

This computer allows me to accomplish tasks at a good speed. I didn’t really have any issues with getting acquainted to the software and programs. Most applications I use I could download. Overall great computer and light to carry.

Fast. The M1 chip delivers quick performance. Screen is bright, colorful, and sharp. Well made and looks sharp! It's my first Apple computer, and so far, I'm very pleased.

Great computer for work use. We purchased it for our graphics designer and she is so excited for the quality of work that this puts out. It's super fast, quiet and has a great battery life.
