OK but lacks in features

Biggest complaint is the lack of USB ports, it’s extremely frustrating to have to buy an adaptor just to use my drawing tablet and USB microphone.

Great laptop

Built-in manual helps a lot. Left Windows because of minimum 20 minute wait to get started (always updating something!) & so far am not disappointed. Open it up, fingerprint login works every time, start working immediately! Close it & done. Have only had to charge it every couple of days, my bluetooth trackball connects immediately & works great. Even had an OS update: it asked permission first, only took a few minutes instead of hours & everything works afterward! Love it!!

MacBooks Always Have at Least ONE Issue

One thing that is annoying is that the ports are limited unless you add a bunch of peripherals via the Thunderbolt. I use a Wavlink docking station in order to use both the laptop screen and two external monitors (anything with DisplayLink technology will accomplish this with the more recent Macs).
