I love it came set up with all the software already installed. The Best Buy tech was very well versed in the Apple system and answered all my questions when I was trying to decide apple vs pc. his knowledge helped me decide to invest in the new MacBook Pro, with the M1 processor

However, it’s lightening fast & it has a thumb touch sign on. It’s pretty user friendly. I definitely give it a thumbs up!
