Always love Mac machines. I've had this machine for over 2 years now and it has never had a single issue. It has never crashed, ran slow or performed less than stellar! I've never powered it off or had to reset it for any reason. This is one solid machine.

I bought this laptop because I needed a computer for my new job. I travel professionally and wanted something light and thin with more power than an iPad which would fit into my flight bag. This computer meets the expectations perfectly! I love the Touch Bar which helps access multiple controls and buttons as it anticipates your need. I think the only down sides is that there is no standard USB-A port, so everything which plugs into it has to be USB C. This is fine for future proofing the computer, but it makes it hard since I don't upgrade my hardware that often and have a lot of USB A cords. I wound up purchasing a portable docking station to address this. I've also found that since it's the Apple M1 chip, it cannot run bootcamp. Instead, I installed a copy of parallels to play PC steam games on it. That meets the need very well. All-in-all, it's a very powerful, lightweight machine and I adore using it.

After owning my previous MacBook Pro for over 7 years, I finally bought the new MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. This MacBook is remarkably fast in processing speed and I overall like the sleek look. My one complaint is that they removed two of the USB-C ports on the right hand side.

I originally got the intel based MacBook Pro to replace my 4 year old Mac book pro. But the I ordered the M chips were released so I changed my order. Overall I’m very impressed with the new M1 MacBook Pro. It feels very snappy doing every day tasks like power point and handling multiple large excel spreadsheets at once. The display is crisp and bright. The keyboard feels much more substantial than my old MacBook Pro which had the butterfly keyboard which I absolutely hated. The keys always stuck and I could never tell if I was pressing some of the keys. This keyboard is much better. The battery life is fantastic. I can go to work and not worry if I forget my charger. I can literally go all day doing my usually productivity work with the screen brightness turned to about 40%. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. I thought about purchasing through apple so I could get 16gb of ram. But the 8 seems to be sufficient. I haven’t really tried any video editing but so far very happy.

I purchased the new MacBook Pro with M1 as I wanted to upgrade from a 2013 model. So far it has been a significant improvement from my previous computer. I expected a bit more with M1 but have been very happy with the purchase overall. It was easy to transfer information and to set up. The screen resolution and Touch Bar are impressive. It has been difficult to find a reasonably priced case that should protect the computer but I eventually did. I hope this computer continues to preform as I've seen so far from my Mac experience.

This is my third macbook pro. I used the last one nine years. The new one is much faster and lighter. The battery last for days. Of course as with all Apple products the cost is high. It will be worth it if I get nine yrs out of this one.

Coming back to the Mac ecosystem, the new M1 MacBook Pro is an awesome mix of power for performance. I've been using it for my regular driver and it's been a fairly easy move away from my PC laptop. Literally no PC laptop at this price point gives you has much power and battery life. If you are looking for a versatile and powerful system in this price range, and can work in the Mac world, you can't beat this little guy. If you are looking for workstation class power for very high end video editing or 3D graphics & animation, you might want to wait to see the next level of Apple silicon systems later this year. While this Mac can get you close to that high end power, it's not quite a desktop replacement for the highest end or power users.

I love how fast and light this small but might laptop is! it was a breeze to set up and the transfer wizard transferred the files and settings from the old Mac Book with very little effort. If you love the Mac OS and its eco system, this is a no-brainer.

The new MacBook Pro is incredibly fast. Sounds like the battery never does! When I send pictures to my email for a password reminders, they appear incredibly quickly. It feels lighter than my last MacBook Pro but it’s the same size. I’m very pleased with it.

Love my MacBook! Wife has been on me to get away from my dinosaur of a HP laptop. It’s just getting slower and clunkier. Got this MacBook and it’s impressive with the speed, size/weight, and how easy it really is to use and navigate.

Very happy with the new M1 chip. The laptop is faster than all my previous MacBooks. The touch bar is cool to have but I have not used it once. It is the perfect size and weight for commuting as it only weighs about 3lbs and very vibrant

Fast, can handle alot for just 13 inch, but still needs improvement, works with Adobe Applications, Logic X and Even with the Apollo twin console. Very portable which is a major selling point with the capability this thing has. NEEDS MORE PORTS

Haven't had a Mac in ages and this dude rocks! Love it and highly recommend it. I use a laptop while sitting with it on my lap (go figure), and with the M1 chip there is no fan and heat blowing out. The computer stays cool... friggin marvelous!

The new Apple Mackbook Pro is well built and light. Response is very fast. I’m not crazy about the size of the two ports that come with the Apple computers but with optional attachments, I can then add my accessories as needed.

With COVID restrictions, and months of working from home, I had to finally break down and invest in a new laptop. And after much research, I broke down and purchased the MacBook Pro, and I'm glad I did! Im not very tech savvy, but I can tell you It has fast processing speed, the screen is big enough for these old eyes. Videos I stream are bold and vibrant in color. Battery Life is amazing compared to my old laptop, I can go up to two days without charging, but of coarse, battery use varies depending on usage. But for me battery life is HUGE. Price wise, it was a little pricey, but I price compared on major competitors sites and BB prices were compatible. The size of this laptop was also a deciding factor to my final purchase. I know my computer can do so much more, but I just haven't made time to learn all its true potential.
