Great laptop but return item for bigger laptop because my older eyes don’t see as well. The MacBook did everything I wanted just needed a bigger screen.

We bought the new MacBook Pro for my granddaughter for school, because I had bought one for myself less than two years ago. We went over the features on her new computer & are both very impressed!

This is an upgrade for my daughter’s macbookair since she’s starting college soon. She just loved the features. Hope this will last for long just like her old MacBook Air (still working but slow).

Bought the MacBook Pro 13.3" laptop for my daughter 2 years ago. She loved it. Bought the same laptop for her twin brother this year. He loves it too.

This isn’t my first Apple product; but it is my first laptop & I LOVE IT!!! It has excellent features that make it fun & easy to use. It was worth every cent & I’m only sorry I didn’t buy it sooner.

I love my new laptop. I had an older apple laptop that is still working that I have had for almost eight years. I was having problems with the updates so I decided to get a new one. I'm back in business.

This is my first MacBook and I love it. I was putting it off for awhile because of the price but when my HP laptop started slowing down I said it’s time and I am so glad I did

This was an upgrade from my old MacBook and I love it. It’s heavier than the old one and has no USB port, but it has several new cool features. It’s great to not have to type in the password every time.

First time user, change from PC to Mac. Everything working great so far. Im an iPhone user 10+ years and love the sync between phone, iPad and MacBook.

This is a very intuitive computer (as Apple products usually are) and it was a breeze to set up. It's a bit of an adjustment going from a 16" to 13", but that's really just a matter of personal preference.

I bought 3 computers for grandchildren as a reward for great grades! They each were able to update and set up the computer. they loved the new design and 'hopefully" will use them into college.

Perfect in every aspect as all MacBooks have been! This will serve a UA freshman quite well for years to come in achieving his educational and professional aspirations. Thank you once again APPLE!

I bought this laptop a few days ago at store, but there is only 2 Apple - USB-C-to-USB Adapter. I need one for flash drive, one for mouse and another one for charge the laptop. I payed 1.499.00 for only 2 Apple - USB-C-to-USB Adapter. But I tested the computer for sound, camera and another characteristics that I need for college. if these characteristics doesn't fit (not work) to my needs so I will return this computer.

My college bound daughter was complaining about slow her 4 year old MacBook Pro was so I bought her the new version with the M1 chip. She’s not complaining anymore.

I had a 15” Apple laptop, before, then I bought the 13”, this time. Glad I did, because the bigger one, seemed too busy g, which I didn’t realize, until after I bought the 13” one. Love it. Love it.

Like it, but my experience is kind of marred by the fact I had to exchange my original MacBook for another since it was defective and stopped working properly after the first two weeks. Hopefully this second one goes a lot better but overall my experience with Best Buy was excellent. Prompt delivery with the first MacBook and an easy exchange when it became apparent it was defective.

this machine lives up to all the hype. The start up and load speed of the apps is fantastic. The use of an external monitor is crazy easy. Even getting the data from my Mac mini was simple.

Apple to Apple comparisons can not be done. It feels awesome so far and I’m trying to convert all of my stuff from windows to Mac. There is a challenge but will figure it out soon… Thank you
