    The Best Buy Experience was excellent. The only comment I would make is that perhaps one more team member should be added on the floor. The ones there were very busy.

    This was a replacement computer. The last one my daughter had got her through high school, four years of college and two years of grad school. Mac is a must for school

    Mac book pro version 2021 is a good value and an efficient unit. Screen resolution could be better. Needs a charge/charged led on charging cord. Also a cd rom loader is needed.

    I needed a Mac because my pc kept having network adapter issues and repeatedly kicked me out of the internet. After one month with my new Mac I haven’t been kicked out yet!

    I got this exact MacBook Pro at BB for $150 less than the Apple site. Used my BB card and got $70 bonus points that I used to get the Apple mouse!

    I love Apple products. I just have learn how to use the new M1. I guess I will be calling the geek squad. But so far so good just having a problem hooking up my DYMO printer.
