The startup for the excellent geek squad certified MacBook was difficult to do at first because the Mac wouldn’t get past a certain screen. It just froze. I had to go on YouTube to find out how to go around it. I learned how to do a hard reset for the Mac but buying it new. I shouldn’t have to go through this. For the most part after I was able to get it working the Mac is working flawlessly. Might’ve been just a glitch.

I lost all my birthdays and addresses in the transfer from my other MacBook Pro to this one. There are some glitches, like it will print to my printer, but not scan. I was on the phone last weekend from 10:59P.M. till 7:30 A.M the next day. The first guy said I could sleep until they called, but no one called. Some guy wrote that the issue was fixed, but it wasn't. I wrote in the chat box and nobody responded.

As my first macbook, I liked the premium feel of the device. The OS is great and device has a solid built unlike some lenovo machines.

Works great. Love the bar above the keyboard for easier access to sound and brightness as well as accessing other pages more easily.

Great laptop, just wish it did a better job at running certain Adobe Creative Suite software. I'm sure it will be patched at some point.

It took the Sales Rep 5-6 times to enter my transaction properly into the register before it finally accepted it. Other than that...it was good.

I really enjoyed this product as soon I learned the different program I will be great. I was a laptop user before now I am a MacBook user.

Great item I use this to track my stocks and for editing and leisure it has a amazing screen quiet and great features but no touch screen

Decent macbook pro 13. I think the new 14 is much better in performance.

I have never owned an Apple product. Well made product. It is just taking me time to learn how to navigate the the Apple system.

Awesome laptop, although it did freeze on me once already, not sure why that happened, just hope it doesn’t happen again...

Good computer, price is high Wished it came with more installed programs so it wouldn’t make you purchase extra .
