Good laptop, but if you’re expecting to use the same software from an intel based MacBook, you’re in for a surprise. I bought this MacBook to replace an older and problematic MacBook. The biggest issue I ran into is Parallels is not able to run x86 or x64 operating systems due to the architecture types. This is the same issue I experienced with the software I use for school. The M1 is great for working with Apple apps and software, but problematic and doesn’t function the same way the intel based MacBooks do in reference to software operation. I now have a MacBook I can’t use.

actually a bit heavy but you get used to it. pricey

It's a laptop. Nothing special. It's my second, only bought due to needing it asap for work. Overpriced. Battery life not great. The Best buy did not have enough people to assist me.

SUCH a disappointment! How? Why? MUSTY funky smell as on as box opened. :( This MacbookPro arrived in pristine shipping box, well protected, no damage whatsoever. It looked exactly as when a new item is shipped directly from Apple. Unfortunately, upon unwrapping the Mac Book Pro box, the staple, funky MUSTY smell just rose up into the immediate air and surroundings. Nothing appeared discolored, nor was any dampness found. WHO KNOWS!? It suit, and it had to be returned. Worth noting, the customer service specialist was taken aback upon opening the box ..I WOULD recommend the machine to a friend, but would likely advise to order from Apple directly.

its great i just hate the fact that a week after i bought it the price went significantly down in price if the workers there were a tiny bit more knowlegeable and helpful they could've been able to tell me that,

I was talked into buying total tech. The only thing is that when I found out they were keeping my credit card hostage for automatic renewals it made me question why they told me when I made my purchase to call the 800 number and they would take my credit card number off? Why do they need it if I have paid for the entire year? I know I’ve already said this but why did they lie? Did I mention the item I went there to buy was a gift? So, I guess their scheme is to keep your credit card and do automatic renewals without your permission?

Returned as it has less memory than my old computer. Bought a bigger capicity at Apple as best Buy did not have the desired model.

Only giving 3 stars coz its not touch screen, if only MacBook's start with touchscreen and stylus it would be gr8! They should consider it seriously....

It’s a great laptop with lot of power to run many applications but after my purchase i noticed that OS software os just not as good as windows

The product was great. MacBook Pro but when I tried to buy accessories no one would wait on. Tried for twenty minutes then left won’t be back.

After my data was transferred from the old to the new computer I had to spend almost two hour because of an incompetent employee.

I left a fair rating only because I got this for my son heading to college. He hasn't used ur for anything yet. I'll update after a few months of use.
