Switching from Windows to macOS I need more time and help in learning.

The computer was quiet but slow in downloading and editing pictures.

Not satisfied as expected per customer service recommended

Over priced item. There is nothing other than it is just a laptop.

The computer was for my son, so I have no experience with it. He does like it a lot and so I feel I can give it an excellent rating but I rated it poor because of Best Buy policy. What I am not happy about is your refusal to apply my rewards credit for this purchase. I guess you can not accept that I was not sure about using your financing option, but within a week of purchase I went online and paid for the computer in full. To me this is a flimsy reason for not allowing me to get rewards credit for inadvertently checking the box for extended financing. You never opened the financing and the entire purchase was paid off with a week of purchase...both Best Buy and Citibank point the finger at each other as the one who should allow the credits. Two hour phone call with both parties and NO RESOLUTION!

It has been good so far just a couple glitches at first.

Definitely had some issues getting used to the new chip.

8GB does not cut it. The machine is constantly swapping processes in and out of memory. The OS is also buggy, for example print queue does not work at all and Safari constantly reloads pages for no reason at all.

I personally did not like how hard it is to navigate this computer. Having to buy a usb adapter. Buttons so stiff you can't seem to move the mouse. I am not going to purchase again, it was also slow in my opinion.

Delivery estimate 2 days, reality= 9 days. Ordered the product because it had a better price than Amazon but the delivery failed. Would rather just buy from Amazon and know it will get here on time.

Don't buy this unless you want to Beta Test it for Apple. I excitedly bought this and it worked well at first . . . general email and the like. But, when I went to use of all things . . . ITUNES . . . it would not allow me to link to my account. It would not let me authorize my BRAND NEW MacBook Pro to the account. I spent an HOUR on with a tech rep, and she couldn't figure it out. You'd think that Apple would want - more than anything else - for me to be able to connect with iTunes (where they would collect more of my money) but they weren't even able to get that done. THIS MacBook is a HARD PASS until they get it through with the testing . . . which they should have done already.

I purchased a new apple MacBook since my old MacBook Pro crashed. Within a week, I have been experiencing freezing on websites and is not sure why. I think this MacBook is defective.

This new macbook honesty is so terrible! It freezes multiple times a day for so long that I have to force restart it. Sometimes it freezes during my zoom meeting for class and it's terrible. The apple M1 chip does not meet the standards that apple has claimed. extremely disappointed and frustrated with my computer freezing AT LEAST once per hour.

I bought this MacBook Pro 13.3" laptop with the hopes the M1 chip was amazingly fast. Not happy with it so far. It takes longer to load up some websites than my previous MacBook loaded quickly.

Does no one giving this laptop 5 starts use it with an external monitor? I didn't realize all the issues until I had purchased, and unfortunately this fatal flaw is going to make me return it. Apple has had months to fix the issue, and the fact they haven't makes it look an awful lot like a hardware issue at this point. It is a shame, but if you want to use an external monitor and have it work consistently, this laptop is worthless.

Got this open box deal and was promised it was up to par. Guessing it was never even checked out by geek squad bc it still has the previous owners ID on it and my daughter can’t get into the computer! She was super excited for this Christmas gift she can’t currently even use.I will be going back to the store. Very annoyed.

Ordered open box excellent and received a dirty laptop with scratches on the charging box as well as sticky grime all over lap top and charger. Best Buy is usually amazing and I have been a customer for forever. I am shocked they would send me this as excellent certified vs and much lower open box grading. Not even close to certified more like satisfactory. I love you Best Buy but really?! Still working on a solution.

I love my Mac Book. Very fast and efficient. Definitely recommended

Someone walked into the store and punched in my social security number and showed fake ID and where issued this laptop. Does not make sense to issue plastic credit cards if the look up system is used to provision items. This look up system aids fraudsters, wonder how many times this happens. Please stop issuing items using the look up method. It has costed my grief and I'm discontent with Best Buy's policy.
