This is by far the best laptop/Mac that I have ever purchased. It is truly a beautiful machine and the M1 processing power is blazing fast. I really enjoy using the touch bar, although people criticize its uses. I think that being able to download Ipad apps, as well as my Mac apps through the App Store is amazing. Some apps that I use daily were not available for use on Macs before and now that is all in the past. Most Ipad apps are compatible. My only gripe is its lack of ports, but I purchased a full-sized dongle on Amazon for $16 and now I have everything I need. I have had this laptop for over a month and I can honestly say that it runs very cool to the touch and has amazing battery life as well. I would definitely recommend this purchase to a friend and or to anyone who is interested in buying a Mac for the first time.

This was not the “latest model” 13.3 inch as advertised. This is the 2020 13 inch. With that being said 3 inches is not a big deal and overall the laptop is very nice. But if you’re truly wanting the latest model which IS 13.3”, this isn’t it. The clerk blamed Apple for this false marketing. Buyer beware - look at the back of your box.

Haven’t been able to use very efficiently yet since unable to download from old MacBook Pro.

I was VERY ANNOYED to find out that I had applied for a credit card I did not apply for.

Don’t buy it has hardware issues. Disappointed. I have a lot Apple products this one has known problems if you read negative reviews on this model Best Buy and Apple. Sad that they are true. I’m sure it’s like any product 1 in X amount has issues. I’ll wait for next version. I love Apple but not for that price and issues in short time.

Was excited to be getting the new MacBook Pro with the M1 chip but had difficulty creating a new account and setting it up. After 5 tickets with Apple customer service and 4 times reinstalling the operating system, they still couldn’t get it to work. Will be trying with another one, hopefully it was just this machine and not the entire line!!

Many problems with this 'new' chip. in the past 2 months I have spent 4 entire days with the Geek Squad trying to clear up problems with mail, websites, connections, etx. Now the screen went blank!!

At this point it’s outdated already so probably wouldn’t recommend

I love MacBooks, but this one is terrible. The mouse trackpad constantly freezes and the experience with the Touch Bar is not user friendly at all. I have been MacBook only for over 10 years, and this one is the worst experience I’ve had.

I was not able to load two programs that I require to do my work, nor was I able to enable Geek Squad to access my computer. I spent 2 1/2 hours at Geek Squad with no solution and a lot of the time ignored. Then I had to leave my new computer, which was finally fixed.

The MacBook is not compatible with a hp printer. When I was trying to download my hp printer OfficeJet 8250 software on my MacBook Pro, in mid it froze, touch bar became nonfunctional (light disappeared ). I returned it. Very disappointed!!

Purchased November 2020 and in February 2021 the logic board gave out. So 14 months later, after the manufacture 1 year warranty was up, I was out $1,600. Thanks Apple!

Expensive investment. Cannot use for intended purpose. Keep being told its my internet provider. But, it is not. Have yet to get issue resolved. Very frustrating that this is not something that can be used out of the box. Apple is very special.

I never receive my package, they stated they were doing an investigation but I never got any status updates. At this point I am very frustrated and I want my product if it can't be redelivered I want my full money back. This is very unprofessional.

Gave me a (new) computer with some else signed in already before. Computer stopped turning on after 3 months. Best Buy (Colma) gave me some else’s BROKEN computer and sold to me as new.

bought this Mac Pro 13.3 laptop as a gift for my granddaughter and after two weeks it has a screen problem and it is out for repair. Thank goodness I got the protection package. Very disappointed with this purchase.

One week of use, in a protective shell case, opened it to find the LCD beneath the glass shattered. The glass was intact. It was not dropped or bounced around in any way. Extremely disappointed inn Mac.

In one months time. From purchase. The hard drive crashed and Had to take twice to ft I’d in a 30 days to Apple to be fixed. . I should have been given a new computer right away.
