A solid entry point into the Macbook Pro ecosystem

For productivity, it is a lot faster in comparison. I have not used Final Cut Pro as of yet but this MacBook is whisper quiet with no issues or signs of overheating.

Great product, no problems!

The first shipment i got was damaged because the delivery guy threw the package in my front yard, and the screen broke. However, when i went to BestBuy their costumer services were very sweet about, and greatly apologized even if it wasn’t their fault. I would buy again from them just because their staff is very sweet and caring :)

Forced Upgrade

However, I was forced to upgrade to a new one when the screen on my 5-year old MacBook Pro went black and I couldn't find a easy (read "cheap") repair solution. Fortunately, I had a stand-alone monitor I could connect the old one to. Then, the whole transfer process began. (Still not done. What a PITA.) I also could not upload new Mac OS to old unit.

M1 has 8-core CPU with four high-efficiency cores. when you compared to the last-generation of MacBook Pro, the new CPU is up to 2.8x faster
