First time MacBook owner. I am a recent Apple convert which started with the iPhone 12 and when it came time for a new laptop I did some homework and decided that I would give the MacBook Pro a shot. I have not been disappointed. It has come with its learning curve because the user experience and functions vary from windows based systems but Youtube solves a lot of the problems of "how do I do this on a MacBook" and quickly answers the question and usually enlightens other items. The overall function of the typical programs is smooth and no issues. I am not a power user as far as Audio/Video editing, etc, so I cannot comment on that. Basic video viewing is flawless and the screen/image is pretty awesome. One thing that I have found one of the most convient features is how when I linked my iPhone to the MacBook, it instantly links a lot of sharing items like hotspot, passwords, connections, etc. Not having to re-enter data from one device to another has been cool. At this point I am still learning a lot but I am pleased with the purchase so far. I am by no means an Apple-fanatic but I see what people like to rave about.

I've had both iOS and Windows based laptops and after years of using windows, I got fed up with the weekly updates and slow starts, all the apps running in the background consuming valuable RAM. I cannot be happier with this MacBook, start is a snap, multitasking never slows it down and the battery life is very. very, very long.

This is my first MacBook purchase and I am very happy with it. I was concerned about the small size of it compared to my old laptop which was much bigger but surprisingly the size and weight of this is great! It is fast, easy to navigate and it works alongside my iPhone, Apple Watch and iPad wonderfully.

It’s tiny but packs in a lot of compute. Hope M2’s are better.

Upgraded from a MacBook pro 2018 and instantly felt the difference, even if sometimes its subtle. I'm an editor and premiere pro is not yet fully optimized, but editing speed, battery life and switching between multiple programs and projects is effortless. Would really recommend the 512 gb, I first bought the 256 and realized I needed more.

This laptop is powerful and build quality is great. It is holding up great and battery life is better than my previous laptop. Screen quality is beautiful. Lightweight and easy to carry around. Enough ports for my needs. I’m glad they upgrade the keyboard. It feels a lot better compared to the previous models.

I personally love this laptop, however I wish I got 16gb. I use this for work and have many windows open and it does slow it down

The new laptop is very nice. It is so much lighter than our one and with the new M chip makes it very fast to to see your searches. The salesman was very nice and did not try to pressure us at all. He gave us the details of the different unites available and the choice was totally ours. We really enjoy shopping at Best BuY

My first ever Apple silicon MacBook and I’ve owned several macs over years. This thing is night and day from standard chip macs. Battery lasts forever, it’s lightning fast and I just low how I don’t have to carry around a charger all the time now.

This is my first MacBook ever. I am sold! I will never go back to a pc laptop! The battery life is phenomenal! I've always been an apple girl. I've had iPhones for ten years along with iPads. I should have switched years ago! I love how everything syncs up! The touch bar and finger print scanner are game changers!

I bought this Mac because I was in need of a new one for medical school! My brother and I bought one each together and it’s been one of the best investments we’ve made. The speed is amazing and the newly added Touch Bar is a bonus. It makes navigating the laptop much easier and adds a great look to it. It’s a great item!

For someone who never saw themselves owning a Mac, I’m glad I decided to join the club. Still getting to know all it’s features, but everything I’ve explored so far has been impressive. Processing speed and battery life are amazing. I know there’s so much that this laptop has to offer, so I can’t wait to experience it all!

Love this computer! I have always been a devote Apple fan and this little gem did not disappoint. Very fast and love the battery life. Does not slow down when multiple applications are running. I was a bit concerned going with the new M1 chip, but it has been a great decision. I would definitely recommend this product.

I can say I was a bit hesitant with the addition of the Touch Bar and Touch ID as features when replacing my 2013 MacBook Pro but this thing is awesome. The Touch Bar works great so many features I haven’t even fully realized and the Touch ID is so convenient. This laptop is awesome and runs like a dream.
