I’m a graphic designer, and I utilize numerous different editing softwares for photo, video, etc… constantly. Sometimes I HAVE to switch between them consecutively, and leaving them all open on my old MacBook made it so laggy I couldn’t even move my mouse. The 2020 MacBook has made my worklife sooo much easier, and I actually enjoy being on my computer now that I don’t have to deal with constant lagging & bugs.

I admit I was on the fence with which one to get, the air or the pro because of the reviews I read on both but personally it doesn’t matter which route you take- it’s the M1 that makes the difference so make sure you get that, u won’t be disappointed. The one I traded was 1.5years old, 13.3” pro, this one is Lighter, faster & the screen/sound is outstanding. Love it!!!!

Great Computer but Lacking

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I unexpectedly spilt water on my 2015 MacBook Pro I immediately ran to Best Buy to get the exact same computer but the modern version. The computer itself works great and with the new M1 chip I've noticed it lasts so much longer on a single charge then it ever did. I do however HATE how this model doesn't have the magsafe charger and I really don't like how there is no usb port. I had to purchase an additional plug in for anything that will require a usb port. The touchbar is so-so. Not great but also not the worst feature. If Apple would realize the good things they had in older models and combined them with newer technology this computer overall would've been better all around.
