It came with a membership that renewed and I wasn't aware of it. I canceled it, got a refund and on the same night, my trackpad stopped working. It's not a coincidence

Love this Computer!!

Had used HP computers for a very long time and was reluctant to switch over to MAC. I should have done this a very long time ago. The product is the best I have used yet and will never go back! I had superior service from the Managers at the Kennesaw, GA Best Buy location and want to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude for all of their help with my purchase!

Its really cool how other apple products are so well integrated with each other and its easily my favorite part about using a mac. This laptop is fast and responsive for casual users and even plays some games (not any games that are really recent or demanding hardware wise in my experience.
