    My wife loves it, and may become an Apple convert in the end. Light years faster than our end-of-life 27" iMac, lightweight and small enough to bring around in a backpack. Not yet sold on the touch pad, but it's growing on her.

    The touch bar is very nice, looks easy to use. The only thing I wish it had was a USB port. Everything else is pretty much good. Easy to turn off. Open laptop and turns on by itself. Downloads fast.

    The laptop is fast, quite portable, and was easy to set up. Easy pairing with my phone and iPad as well. Warning: the mouse freezes up often, especially when I move too fast (I type fast) but a reboot fixes the problem.

    Purchased for a high school graduation present for my son. He utilizes it for school related tasks as well as music production with Garage Band. He is completely satisfied with the processor speed and enjoys the decreased loading/processing times with the M1 chip. The display makes for excellent viewing of anything during downtimes.
