This is my 2nd Mac - I bought my first one many years ago and it hadn’t worked well for quite a while. It’s wonderful to have this new computer - set-up was a breeze, it’s fast, works well for my week to tutoring virtually. I absolutely love it.

I didn’t think it would be this simple to understand coming from a HP and just to add I am a iPhone user but the Mac book is so different. Wonderful product and I will definitely hold on to it for years to come.

It’s was a gift to my son for his first year of college. He absolutely loves it. He takes it everywhere he goes. He even kicks back with a snack and watches movies on it. Apple did an outstanding job with this device. It’s efficient and easy to use.

Needed to update my 10 year old MacBook. Much lighter than older one. Only thing I hate is lack of ports to plug in to.

I love my M1 MacBook Pro. I waiting until the new models were announced and decided I didn’t need all the new features and the fastest processors. This things is incredibly quick and I have not had any problems with it. I love it.

This MacBook is the Queen Bee!! It can do so many things that I didn't think it could do. It runs my art system and my music development system with no issues. It has so much memory that I don't think I'll ever run out. It's beautiful!! A must buy!!

Absolutely the best computer I have ever had, laptop or desktop. It is great for mobil use, or adding a desk monitor makes it great for all day use. I have had a few Mac products, but this M1 chip makes an incredible performance upgrade. Highly recommend.

Coming from a pc, this is my first computer from Apple(have had iPhone, iPad and Apple TV for years). Still learning some of the Mac differences, but so far I’m very happy. It certainly works together better with the rest of my Apple products.

I love this MacBookPro! The processor is super fast. I’m so happy I was directed to go with the M1 chip. The only downside is the mousepad leaves smudges. No matter how often I clean it I just looks dirty. Not enough to drop any stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Finding help was a little hard when we went in but after about 10 min. someone came to help and was very knowledgeable, help my daughter pick out the right laptop for her job and what she would be using it for. so all good from help to checkout!

I bought my 3 grandkids this computer. They are so excited as they say Mac works better than windows. They are alittle expensive but the last one I bought one of them lasted 8 years with hardly any problems. So they sold me on them.

Was looking for thia and was ready to buy from apple and them something told me look at best buy one last time and it was on sale.. still got my macbook pro from 2017 and this one is by far faster and smoother

I upgraded from my MacBook pro 2014 to this mac and I am thoroughly impressed with it so far. It is very fast and opens applications pretty quickly. My only issue is that few weeks in which has also been mentioned by other customers who bought this MacBook is that sometimes if there multiple applications it tends to freeze and you have to literally restart the computer just for it to begin working again. Its huge inconvenience and hopefully maybe update would be applied for this issue.

Love it. I needed a robust laptop for our travels to process my video and photos while on the road. I added a couple 1TB SSD’s and am very happy with it. The M1 processor is on a par with my I7-7700 32gb home PC for speed so I’m happy.

Hi, I wanted Apple MacBook Pro for quite some time now. My MacBook Pro it’s about 10 years old and waited long enough. I’m glad I waited for it to go on sale at Best Buy. Apple put the new M1 chip end it is quite fast. Thanks Rob

Great purchase! The battery life is excellent and the colors on the display are bright and vibrant. The keyboard is also really nice to type on and not "clanky" like some other keyboards. I highly recommend!

great computer ... fast, light weight....great for editing. but also I was very well advised and helped and by the Best Buy rep... he was great and straight to the point yet he knew when to gives us space for me to decide if this laptop was a yes for me.

This is one of the best computers out there right now. Tested it for a week against the Asus G14 with the RTX 3060 and this machine almost always came out ahead. For super intense graphics it wont win, but for almost everything else it is perfect.

always use window surface pro 1,3 and 7 this is my first MacBook Pro and I love it, The speed is unbelievable way better than INTEL version get the M1 period
