Sales personnel are super educated and helpful. They just really want to see you a product that is right for you. Not pushy on any certain brands. I can tell the sales team was strong. People were helpful, kind, educated, and informational. Also - Best Buy made the purchasing slick and easy. And with a BB credit card, you get the cash back credit! You can’t beat that! Totally worth it!

Very nice computer

The keyboard is decent, if not great and the screen is also decent. I do not like the Touch Bar and will probably return it. Overall it's a good computer for most users.
