Never had an apple so learning the system is very different. Can’t really give much of a review yet except it does seem to perform well so far.

Love the Macbook Pro. This is my first Mac computer and was a little hesitate about a new operating system but super easy. I've always had Iphone and Ipad and great how it links. Best Buy had the best price and I shopped around for some time.

This version of MacBook pro is much better than previous versions. Small package with a big punch and power when needed.

We gave this to our soon to be 18yr high school senior for Christmas and as his graduation gift. He loves it and all that he can do on it. He is becoming a pilot so the added storage and space will be great for him and his career.

this computer is my upgrade from a 2015 MacBook pro. it was easy to transfer my data over and begin working with it. the keyboard is not quite the same, but it is is easy to type. the upgraded operating system is an improvement for me.

if only there was more compatibility for games, then this would be one of the best machines there is!!! Other than that, if you dont care about gaming, this probably is already one of the best, the display, speakers, integration with other apple products, just chefs kiss

I’m sure it’s 5 but I gave it a 3 cause I still haven’t open the box. I’m waiting until I have sometime causeI been sick, hoping I can open it soon.

Loving my new MacBook Pro so far. Only issue I have currently is wondering if the lid of the laptop is loose because it does move around a bit and with the thin plastic case on it does close on its own when the lid is pulled down which my other MacBooks have not done. Also some issues with the Touch ID sometimes where I push the button to scan and the screen goes black first and then turns back on and opens. Other than that I am enjoying this purchase.

This is my first Apple Mac computer, so I am still quite early on the learning curve. However, it seems to me so far, that this Macbook Pro is well worth the extra cost vs a Windows laptop. Very fast operation! So far, I love it!

Great service with my laptop techs have been very helpful only thing is I have wasted a lot of money on this laptop in parts that I should have not bought since the beginning then afterwards was told to but another part similar to the one I had already paid for.

I’ve always wanted a MacBook, but didn’t want to spend the money for it. I walked in the store to purchase a HP but after speaking with the store associate I left with my MacBook Pro.

as advertised, I want to have anything to add extra. Best Buy beat the competitors with awesome prices. Would love to have more options, especially memory wise 1TB vs 512 GB. but still very satisfied with my purchase

I bought it on Nov 2022 and loved it for the first seven months. All of the suden the screen went black and super blurry. I tried restarting it, but every time I did, what appears to be the apple logo was incredibly blurry. I was no longer able to use the computer. Now I am waiting to see what apple finds out.

I believe this macbook does has upgraded only downside is it don’t have a usb port overall works, don’t include word. 7/10

Very fast and professional response and also delivery was very smooth !! Solved All my issues unlike some other company that starts with an A. That company made me very upset.

Performs as expected & needed. Lightweight, great screen & easy to navigate, even after previously owning PC formats only. Bought an adapter to be able to use an older USB thumb drive. Also needed an external optical drive, but thrilled with the purchase.

We bought this MacBook Pro for my daughter to take with her on to college this fall. She has started using it daily and doing some freelance work with it. We are very satisfied with the product, speed and ease of use to get up and running!
