Pretty hard to learn to use. But overall a good computer

Great customer service; knowledgeable, positive, pleasant and professional. Product as described. Shipping had a few wrinkles, took 3 weeks longer than expected.

It is good and the curbside pickup is really convenient. In apple store, it is out of stock so I had to wait for more than a month, but best buy has its stock.

My new MacBook w/Pro M1 Pro chip is 16 months old and just a few weeks out of factory warranty and it has died. Refuses to boot up. This machine has never left the dock in my home studio. NEVER used to browse the internet. Only for music production and has less than 30 hrs on it! Geek Squad came to the conclusion I already knew. Probably faulty hardware in the machine. $2000.00 for a computer that lasted just over a year and I'm stuck with it. Who would have thought you needed an extended warranty for the top-of-the-line Apple product? Best Buy does not back their high end Apple sales. Go to the Apple store...Please!

Amazing speakers and fast processing speed. I also like that the dimensions of the computer are similar to my old MacBook pro 13 retina.

A great laptop for work. Love the SD card slot. If you need a card slot for work and don’t like dongles this is the machine for you.

Upgraded. Wanted to spend the difference to get the better chip and more memory. Definitely worth it. Highly recommend.
