easy start-up process overall with the Mac Pro computer

Amazing product and super display and good charging

Out of the box brand new with screen flickering on the top right corner near the battery bar. Cannot upload video but it can be seen clearly from the pics. Apple quality control used to be good but not anymore. Brought it back for refund already.

This is the worst computer I have owned. Every time I use this machine there is another issue. Here are a few examples of the issues I am having: The computer will not connect to my AirPods reliably. Sometimes they work and play audio or take calls but other times the computer says they are connected but won’t use them for input or output. External displays. Depending on the day the computer will detect and use external displays but other times there is no signal going to the monitors so now I’m down to one screen instead of three. Processing speed. This computer has the binned M1 Chip but my 5 year old MSI with an i7 processor that operates faster than this for most normal applications such as Outlook, Spotify or Chrome. Glitches or failed inputs. Sometimes when I click on something and give an input the inputs are not recognized. An example from today is when I tried to add another email signature and when I clicked the button to add a new signature nothing happened. There was no new signature on the list and there was no reaction from the machine at all. I had to restart my machine and this did not fix the issue. Eventually, I shut the computer down completely and powered it back on. Only after I did a full shut down was the issue resolved but then I can see that it did recognize my earlier inputs because now there were 6 blank signatures to choose from in my email. Shut down vs restart. Normally with PC or Mac I am used to restarting my machine if I am having an issue and that usually resolves the issue. However, with this MBP restarting the computer does nothing to fix any issues so I the. Need to shut my machine down completely and even after starting back up it is hit or miss if the issues will be corrected. At this point I am not sure if this is a bad unit or this is what Apple has become but this is unacceptable at this price point.

cant even get past the apple id and now i have to call apple which will be 3 hours of my time. i hav had no issues with my ipad but i am returning this and getting a dell

Most powerful MacBook I have ever used. But has some quality issues. One of the speakers randomly generated noise so I have to return it.

Got a macbook with damaged screen with a line of deadpixel. Had hard time returning to the corporate office

THIS MAC BOOK IS NOT AS GOOD AS MY OLD ONE. WE WILL SEE IF I LIKE IT AS TIME GOES ON,RT NOW IM CONSIDERING SOMETHING OTHER THEN APPLE.

Just went out.... well under a year...and BB says go to Apple for help. Love that they are there for you.... NOT.

I needed a new computer & have other Apple products * I gave a low rating because of the problems I had at BEST BUY * when checking out the employee didn’t know what he was doing with the credit card & Visa blocked the card which lead to unnecessary confusion * I have tried to share this information but BEST BUY has continued to block sharing * VERITAS * maybe I should share at BETTER BUSINESS * VERITAS *

Good laptop. Don’t expect Best Buy member points though because Apple products aren’t eligible for some stupid reason.

There is nothing wrong with the computer it is great I just don't like and can use the operating system. Monterey won't allow me to use some of my older photo editing programs and since I can't run an older operating system I am stuck. Other than the OS the computer is a 5. I liked the fast speed of the computer, the display, the SD card slot and the mag safe charging.

Generally disappointed. The performance is okay, but the M1 tech is is very limited as it doesn't support many useful legacy application like the Virtualbox technology. The esthetics of this laptop is not as appealing and the old slim ones. Didn't worth the money I paid for it

My computer has not worked properly since I got it snd Apple or Best Buy has not helped

Product was great, experience was bad. No one knew what to do and gave multiple wrong answers.

First Mac ever purchased, I believe I have a defective device. However I am reading between the lines I am told it is because windows user don't know how to use a mac, it could never be the device. After 1 hour support with Best Buy total tech sent me directly to Apple Support (but I had to wait 24 hours) worked with 2 support tech, 2 hours later I had to submit for additional help via online request. Approved for next level support I have no idea how how next call will be. Every tech says it is odd behavior for the Mac book pro, then it refused to stay connected to my home WiFi & I was told it must be my level of WIFI service. Funny I have never had issues & we stream multiple TV's. TV's were then shut off in in case thy were using to much WIFI. Hope I didn't buy an expensive paper weight. Can't even use so I can't rate features like battery life, Speed & display The one positive is Apple tech was very calm and patient.

Apple switch to usb C and now they change to magsafe3, so again every is not compatible.

Solid laptop and always operates well but I was expecting more from the new M1 max chips.

The HDMI 2.0 was not abble to watch my iphone 4K Dolby Vision 60fps videos on my tv.
