Very nice computer. The sound and picture is amazing. Only down side is it’s pretty heavy

The specific spec I was looking for. Needed a bit more power for photo and video editing and this machine literally does it all. For those who ask if it gets hot, as of this review I’ve used it almost everyday and i still haven't heard the fan hit. After continuous use is still cold to the touch.

Great computer but a bit pricey. Powerful, and fast. I think because it is a bit advanced among the choices, the price is currently high; like most tech it should go down over time.

Apple is always a great product and that's what I go with because you can trust it to last. However, the difference in price from at 13" laptop to a 16" laptop is ridiculous! I do not mind paying for quality but do not want to be taken advantage of either.

As a video editor, the speed of the M1 Max chip is making life better for me. I compared it with my 2018 MacBook Pro and this thing blew it out of the water! Loving it.

Absolute powerhouse of a machine. Renders video faster than my i9 workstation, unreal performance. It also has the best display I've ever seen in a laptop, incredible battery life, and they fixed the keyboard and ports. Incredible hardware for professionals

Bought during 2021 BF and saved $450. It is a dream machine. Only thing better is the 2023 M2 Max Pro just released in January, but difference is about 20% more performance on synthetic benchmarks. Save some money and get the M1 Max instead.

I'm a huge Apple fan when it comes to computers! I own the 2009 MacBook Pro, Mac Pro for 2009, 2017 MacBook Pro, 2020 iMac, and now this MacBook Pro! I am blown away by the size of the screen and love the thick heavier feel of this laptop! Speed is phenomenal and the picture is mind blowing with all the different colors and brightness. I plan on learning how to do 3D rendering, so I thought this would be a great addition to my other tools for my business! I love everything about this computer so far, and I definitely will recommend it to everyone else!

Oh ok. I love how the computer feels, I've never used a Mac book pro. But I was very surprised. I built my own computer, so I felt a bit unsure about apple. Until I heard that the M1 Max was pretty decent. I edit photos, 1080P videos and it definitely gets the job done for me.

Anyone who’s researched these know they’re absolute beasts. I’ve been running MBP’s for 15 years and this is by far the best. So glad they went back to their old keyboard style as well as added some of the other input jacks back. A bit more weight and bulk but way better battery time and performance.

Love Love Love my MacBook Pro. It’s my third MacBook Pro over the span of 15+ years. My previous MacBook still functions well, but decided to splurge on this M1 Mac and just love the speed and additional features, large track pad, camera is so crisp. No regrets.

Best laptop that Apple has made since the 2015 MacBook Pros. Would highly recommend it to anyone. It has great battery life although not as good as what Apple claims. It also has excellent performance. Thunderbolt is such a useful port to have and having HDMI back is great. I do wish it had at least 1 USB type-A port as I don't like living the dongle life but I am adjusting to it.

Great upgrade from a 2016 MBP 13". Handles Adobe Cloud apps flawlessly including Premier Pro. A little heavier but the included magsafe and sd card reader and great battery life make more than up for it. Purchased when it was on sale for $600 less.

Phenomenal machine! Love every aspect of it, and the battery life is just, exceptional. Got great deal on it and more than enough and no need to jump on the M2 version unless it is really needed the small jump in performance.
