Best Buy replaces an open box item quickly without hassle. Great laptop - lots of power and features. More ports on the new model. If you don't mind the 5 lbs weight plus the big 140 Watt adapter, this is for you. I don't really travel with it so it's not an issue. pricey but a great performer, especially the new display.

This is my fourth MacBook Pro and it is without a doubt my favorite! I’ve had this Mac a year and have never heard the fans! On every other MacBook I’ve owned, the fans are crazy loud. On this, I’ve never heard them. It feels solid and is overall a great and fast computer.

Works great for photo and video editing, I use Affinity Photo 2, and Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve 18. excellent battery life, and a beautiful screen, The structure is solid and doesn't feel like it bends or is even the slightest bit flimsy. I really enjoy this laptop, it's great to have my main desktop PC at home and to have this MBP for the office or for photoshoots on the go!

Solid product, and I decided to get this versus the 2023, frankly because I didn't need the extra power. Transition from my old one was relatively easy, and about the only caution is that the keypad is a bit stiff and clunky. Sound of the pressed key is just not as robust. Also, I feel the trackpad is a bit large. Well made, with a great screen and sound.

Perfect product. 2 years using and i am love this product. Now I will buy the new model on Best Buy. The best price on USA.

I'm a long-time Apple user but never bit the bullet and purchased an Apple laptop before. I've always used Windows, going back over 20 years. I have used iPhones, iPads, and iPods for years as well, so I was no stranger to Apple products. Well, this was a great purchase. The 16" screen is vivid, crystal-clear and totally impressive. The speakers actually sound great, which was surprising for a laptop. The trackpad is responsive, and the new keyboard rocks. What prompted me to replace my 10-year old Windows machine was its slow boot-up time and I never really liked Windows 10. It's like they copied the Apple apps concept, but not very well. I am amazed at all the things the iOS operating system can do, and how they integrate with each other. And the fact that this laptop now has an abundant number of ports once again is what made me shell out the money and go for it. That, and the excellent battery life. Mine has the M1 Pro chip which I felt was a happy medium, and I got the 1TB model. If you are on the fence, go for it! I am very glad I finally did,

If I could give it 6 stars, I would! This is an amazing machine. I opted for the 16" and I'm thankful that I did. If I flew frequently, the 14" would have been more convenient for tray table-working. However, I realized that that I only fly a handful of times each year, so the daily use convenience factor outweighs that the other 345 days of the year.

Great screen with accurate color, very capable for basic programming tasks including some AI model training. Awesome all day battery life under normal use.

Great Mac, very fast, great display. On sale at a good price.

This is my first MacBook and I absolutely love it. The experience is faaarrr superior to that of Windows! I am not using it for any advanced processing however, it is very fast and I have only had one issue with an app not wanting to close/closing slowly. Depending on what you are doing, the battery lasts all day without needing to be charged again. I can work for 8 hours and play for even longer without having to worry. Once charged, it holds its charge if you are not using it. I've left it off the charger expecting to come back to a low/dead battery but it was still fully charged. For those on the fence regarding not having a number pad, I am adapting quickly to not having one. Also, those used to a PC, typing on the Macbook's keyboard requires a slightly altered hand placement...I keep wanting to place my hands further to the left and keep mistyping, lol.

Great laptop. Fast. Cant play steam games though. But it computes and does what i need it to do without ever crashing.

Beautiful form factor. Powerful and FAST! Terrific battery life. The display is the best I've ever viewed (check out 8k videos on YouTube and even non tech savvy folks will be wowed). The keyboard is a joy to use. Compiled large projects in Xcode very quickly.

Fast and smooth operation. The battery life is outstanding. The screen is bright and detailed. It’s very fast and I am sure can do a lot of heavy duty video editing. Also I was impressed by the construction and durability.

I've been using this computer for 2 years now. I bought it out of necessity when my older MacBook bit the dust (after more than 14 years). I am SO glad I went for more GB and the 16" screen. I do a lot of photo editing on this thing and couldn't be happier.

This is my first Mac computer. Been a windows user all my life and let me say that this has changed everything for me. I use an ipad and iphone for work. The macbook pro 16 has streamlined my work flow to the point that I have no idea why I didn't male this switch earlier. Absolutely amazing. This has to be the fastest running laptop I have ever been around. The most impressive part is the battery life and charge speed. Doing research online and playing youtube videos, I can run about 6 to 8 hours on a full charge. Once charge is needed, it charges from below 20% to 100% in less than a hour. Also loved the people at best buy. I have deep knowledge of computers due to my career and felt like they were on the same level as me with knowledge. The only thing I wish I could get the 16" display on a lesser model because I don't believe I need this much processing. power.
