16 in MBP M1 is a beast

At first I thought it will be heavy but after few days use, I know I can handle it. Screen size is much larger compared to 14 inch and also the resolution is higher. As you know it is more expensive than 14" but you got what you paid for. I think thermal are better than 14" and it have not got got in my laps. Also it had 2 more cores than 14 inch. I choose a little large SSD to be a little future proof. It has all the necessary ports for peripherals except old USB A for which one has to use a dongle. In summary, if one can afford it and able to carry it around, I would recommend this 16 inch beast otherwise 14 inch is a good choice too.

Best Buy couldn't, for some reason, ship to my work address, which is a 24 hour operation. I contacted BB about that and they could only apologize, but couldn't offer me the same discount. You can imagine being an elite member I was not happy. I went to the store and explained what happened. The store honored my Black Friday discount. I was super happy and I love my MacBook Pro. It's amazing especially after having the 2014 for the last 8 years!

With the M1 chip this has now surpassed all the laptop PCs with ultra performance and new standard to be reckon with. Finally a quiet machine and no heat. The screen clarity is superb and easy on your eyes

One Great Laptop.

It tires in beautifully. Also the screen is just gorgeous. I find the machine works as fast as my Dell even on Windows programs using Parallels. Only issue is getting used to Apple when I’ve been a Windows guy all my life, but it hasn’t been difficult.

Me First Macbook Ever

Now for over a year of using my mac, I can say it has been great for music and video production. It took me about a week or so to get used to the OS and the different names for the keys on the keyboard but overall it was worth it.

Chunky MBP that has an amazing battery life

If you own a 16” MBP, this doesn’t bring a lot to the table. It got rid of the digital Touchbar and introduced a notch, typical Apple! I just wanted the latest and greatest and bestbuy additional year AppleCare+ For total tech members is a fine touch. Overall, impressed with the battery life and the display quality.

The only thing I don't like it the charging cord doesn't always connect right away.... you would think for the price Apple could have figured out a better charging plug into the computer.
