Best laptop out there, fast and easy to use and manage.

Upgraded from an Intel MacBook Pro. The first thing I’ve noticed is how quiet and cool it is, all the time. Things my old Mac would roar the fans over, this Mac is barely warm to the touch. Love it!

Great product battery life is great as well as available features.

Pretty much love everything about this MacBook Pro. I'm accustomed to working on a ~14" screen and the additional real estate with a 16" is awesome. It's not a lightweight device but worth the screen size + excellent battery life.

At first, i was eyeing a 14 inch pro or macbook air, but when i saw the 16 inch on clearance, i hust had to get it. Better performance and more screen real estate for the same price as a 14 inch

Best laptop for work and making movies. Love how lag free the processor works in IMovie. The battery last a super long time when out and about.

Awesome laptop. The screen is fantastic quality and the speakers are the best I’ve ever heard on a laptop. The speed is unmatched. And finally! They brought back the HDMI port on this model.

My previous laptop was very old, so I appreciate the speed of this one. It charges much more quickly, and the charge lasts longer, too. I also like the extra security of the fingerprint identifier.

I love this computer! The sound is rich and big. The screen is massive, which is what I wanted. Battery like lasts longer than I expected. I am getting 3-4 days' use out of it from a single charge. There are a few downsides. The biggest drawback is the weight. It is the harvest laptop I have ever owned. The next drawback would be the price. I have never spent this much on a computer before. In the end, I went with this purchase because I love excessive products from Apple, and two, I am moving away from having a dedicated laptop and desktop computers towards a docking station set up for a single device.

This is a brilliant piece of equipment. The screen is outstanding, it is fast. Truly the best of the best and worth the price tag.

Solid laptop for the open box deal I found. I don't have any complaints at all and I am so glad I went with this size. I am very used to it. Highly recommend!

After lusting after the M1 Pros since their debut, and reading or watching just about every review on them, I purchased a 14 inch Base Model which is an upgrade for my 2015 and 2017 MacBook Pro 15.4 inch. I selected the 14 over the 16 inch primarily because of the weight and perceived better balance which I equated with the smaller size. The 2015 and 2017 always felt somewhat unbalanced or awkward in my lap so I primarily used them as desktop computers. Additional factors were adequate screen size (I thought the 13 in was too small) and performance for my needs (primary use is MS Office applications). 10 days into the purchase I began to second guess my choice, primarily on screen size and as a second monitor for my external display so I purchased a 16 in to try out. The extra screen size was really nice as well as the slight improvement in sound quality. For my use, I did not notice any performance difference between the 14 and 16 in. Another important observation was that, as opposed to my 2015 and 2017 MacBook pros, the 16 inch though slightly heavier than both, felt balanced in my lap which was a key decision in selecting the 14 inch. Another observation was that the keys were slightly quieter during typing on the 14 than the 16 inch. It was a tough decision but in the end I decided that the 14 inch adequately met all my needs and decided to return the 16 inch. Though cost was not a factor in my decision, the $500 savings will be used to upgrade my phone and purchase desktop accessories. Apple really did a brilliant job with these.

I am used to my old Dell Inspiron laptop (which has a Windows operating system). Although I am very familiar with Apple iPhones, I have never owned an Apple computer before. However, I have read very positive reviews on Apple laptops over the years. So, I was really excited to purchase my first Apple MacBook Pro! I love the large 16" screen and quick response time. It's a beautiful design, but the laptop (and screen, especially) seem a bit fragile, compared to my Dell Inspiron (which is made of thicker, substantial material). I am going to purchase a hard case, to protect this laptop from any damage or potential drops. Also, I need to purchase an adapter compatible with this MacBook Pro to be able to plug in my external hard drive USB and passports. That is one disappointing aspect of Apple laptops - as my Dell Inspiron has regular ports, which can easily accommodate my Passport device and other USB flash drives. The Apple MacBook is quite expensive, and it's very unfortunate that I now have the added expense of purchasing an adapter. Apple should definitely consider adding more traditional ports to their laptops, so that people don't have to buy additional devices. I heard that the Apple MacBook is great for editing photos, videos and voice over recordings. So that is one of the main reasons that I purchased this particular model. I am hoping to produce some great work on the Apple MacBook Pro!

This MacBook Pro is super fast with the M1 Pro chip, the 16 inch display is crisp and clear, battery lasts ages, and the speakers are booming. Never heard the fan cut on once. Sadly I returned because I could not part with my beloved touchbar on my previous laptop, I guess you don’t realize how much you use something until it’s gone. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend MBP M1 16 to anyone!

This thing is pretty darn nice. Bought one for both our son & daughter when they started college (four years apart). She actually had us return hers; she preferred the smaller 12” or 13” MacBook that we got for her in high school. But the wider screen lets you put up more documents side by side. Our son certainly got good use out of his, graduated UCLA with a 3.88. But our daughter felt overwhelmed by the huge screen when she had it right in her lap. If I could have justified the expense, I would have kept it for myself.,

We needed a new family computer. Switched from IMac to MacBook Pro. Great display, speed, overall performance, and best of all you can take it anywhere.
