Great at first, ruined by patches

It was a massive game with the ability to personalize both Max and your car. The melee combat was solid and the vehicular combat was exhilarating. However, the game has a weak storyline that has a dud of an ending, and patches have introduced frustrating bugs that lead to major frame rate issues as well as texture popping. These technical issues got to the point where it made the game less fun to play and I decided to trade it in. I think it's probably worth a try once it goes on sale, but I can't recommend this game in its current state.
