I've been playing Madden for years and it seemed it always was missing something. This year is a huge stride in the right direction. The new ways too catch add a slight bit more realism too the game. Madden ultimate team is fun, even though the real money spending options is a huge turn off. All in all I'd give the game 4 stars.

Another product from EA Sports that has less features than previous versions. Unfortunately since 2K has left the market on everything but basketball, EA is left with nothing to compete with. They can put out whatever game they want and still collect. However I knew this when purchasing. The cons are that modes are being thinned down, no lobby for online play (sends you right in), and can't have two people in the same room play online. I'm impatient with all the presentations and don't like the intro it forces you to play when you boot up the game on each new account. The pros are the graphics. They love spending time on the graphics and it does show however unimportant they are to me. Odell Beckham looks just like Odell Beckham in real life. It's crazy. Do like the new cameras and broadcast features. That being said, I knew it would be like this and it's the best (and worst) major football game out there.

Madden 2016 was my first Madden game purchased. Really good game, love the crowds reaction towards a play (example, Luke Keychly makes a tackle, the crowd yells LUUUKKKKEEEE) Graphics are awesome, as a first time player getting use to the mechanics was pretty simple.

Lots of game modes. Easy to learn. It's Madden Season!

The newest Madden NFL 16 game is amazing. I haven't played Madden in a while, but was able to pick it up as if I have been playing for years. really cool new controls allow you to make different situations happen with ease! the online connectivity makes it even better!

I have always been a big fan of the madden francise, and this game is a step above the rest. Connected franchise is expanded and improved. The catching controls have a slight learning curve, but once you're used to it, you are a much better playmaker. Great fun for all.

This years version of Madden far surpasses it predecessor. The graphics and animations are much improved. The gameplay is much more detailed and accurate than it ever has been. It makes the game more fun for the occasional player, and more captivating for the diehards.

If you've never played a Madden game before, then I'll assume you've been living under a rock for quite some time. No, but seriously, most people are familiar with the Madden franchise. This year delivers another solid experience. It's not all that different than last years offering, but there are some nice improvements.

i don't play much video games these days, but when my brother comes over we usually play this one. we used to play a lot of video games growing up and the football ones were always a favorite for just to play head to head...still a lot of fun.

Nobody does football like Madden. I haven't played since 09 and I decided to get back into it. Love the franchise player mode. It's straight forward, no weird story modes like NBA 2K wastes your time with. Game play is great. Madden still manages to introduce new features every year that makes it worth getting the game.

The is the best installment of this series in a while, and definitely the best on current-gen consoles. The "playmaker" addition for receivers makes passing great. Graphics are 10/10. The only real downside is the play-by-play, but everything else is near perfect.

This year's installment of Madden is a step up from 15 and there's new animations, new controls, new passing mechanics and new defensive mechanics... If you go into this game with the Madden 15 mentality then you're in for a rude awakening lol... Overall the game is awesome compared to the other Madden installments!

I haven't played Madden in 10 years or so and decided to give it a shot when I got a PS4. Graphics are just amazing but the game play is just OK. I'm a casual gamer who plays for fun and it's almost too much stuff to keep track of unless you commit many hours to learning every nuance of running, catching, etc.

Madden has really stepped up their game this year with all new controls and abilities, gone are the days of cheesy animations, great job EA Sports, I was honestly getting tired of the same old madden just retooled every year, but this year feels fresh and new.

This is a great game but still a bit glitchy. Over time updates will take care of that though. The one handed catches and the attention they get are starting to get on my nerves and I'd rather Madden not jump on the band wagon but.... its still a great game.

Madden looks good but when i played it...its more like snap ball and puck a receiver ro theow to. Theres not much else. When u have control of the runner...it feels sluggiah and non responsive. The cpu will do most of the work for u. Gets ild fast.

I see the direction the Madden Franchise is going in and I understand they are trying to make it more realistic and also user friendly to the new Madden players but it is taking away some from the game and hardcore Madden players can see that. Overall as always if you are a fan then you get this year's Madden.

This game is great! Graphics are crisp, soundtrack is pretty nice and eclectic, teams seem more even than previous games, and the motion tracking is great. Only thing i don't care for is the every throw has to be perfect or you're throwing it to the other team. All in all very good game. I still miss NCAA tho.

It has been a few years since I've played Madden. I'm glad to be back. If you have been away for a few years, you too will probably have a learning curve to get up to speed with the controls. The new elements are fun, and the graphics are great. Have fun!
