I like football but I'm not that great at playing it competitively in video games. That doesn't matter with Madden NFL 16. I have spent hours training, earning Madden Ultimate Team Cards and completing challenges. The collecting of cards, leveling of my Ultimate Team and completion of various challenge adds a satisfying feeling of progression compared to other sports games with fewer modes. This is the most fun I've had with a Madden football game. I don't buy Madden every year but I'm very glad I didn't miss this year's version.

This is the best Madden game I've played in a long time. In terms of actually playing the game, the new controls over the receivers and defenders adds a lot of depth and fun because they make for some really great plays. A lot of modes in this game help the replay value to keep you coming back for more. The only thing that would be nice, is if the presentation was more like NFL 2k5, and there was some minor glitching with encroachment on both teams before the either team was at the line of scrimmage. Overall, great football game.

Always fun to play Madden. Has a couple of new features but still the same Madden you love to play.

Good graphics and new game play. Updated rosters come with facial hair threw out the season to add a little more likeness to the game.

Aggressive catch is dope but very easy to win . Overall is a pretty good game and graphics are dope!

Madden finds a way to make a classic feel new again. The modifications in passing game are a fun feature. The graphics are beautiful.

I like this title a lot. Maybe it's because I skipped the last two. The new draft mode is fun and interesting, just wish you can change the amount of games from 3 to more. The difficulty actually seems to be more difficult this time around so that makes it much funner. This game is definitely great for online play with some friends. If your a football fan then I recommend especially since it's still sadly the only football game available. But I had a lot of fun with this one. But do keep in mind I skipped the last 2.

Great game, game play and graphics are incredible. Almost looks like watching a real game on HDTV.

This game is really awesome because you can take your team to the Super Bowl. It is so realistic.

New controls give the game a different feel. Added passing and running actions give the player more options and more to think about.

This game is what, I expected from the Madden franchise. I love the controls and the graphics. A+

I think this is a worthy improvement over last years Madden game. I love the new features added to this years game. I'm having fun!

Im a big madden fan. This has always been a good game to me. New features and concepts are awsome

Finally having a number one reciever means something! The new passing controls for qb's and different catch options add much needed variation and challenge to an otherwise annual uninspired product from the horribly lazy EA Sports. They finally put some effort into the game and we have been rewarded after years of roster update games. EA Sports is still terrible but at least they gave us something new for 60 bucks this year.

Love what they did to the game this year. Graphics and game play are better than last year. Just wish I had more time to play it.

The game have many improvements coming to graphics and as well online play. It's finally stable

Overall gameplay seems like it is improved with the new receiver skill plays. Running game still seems a little choppy getting through the gaps and there are a number of times the AI still make the impossible/improbable plays on 3rd down or defensively. They simplified the UI on franchise mode which in some areas are better (depth chart, game options etc) while others are a little more difficult to interact with (like finding news, trades, awards, owner mode options). It's better than last years overall.

The game looks better and the animations are the best they have ever been. So as far as the gameplay itself on the field it's great. The problem with this game is the problem it has every year. No major upgrades. Too much focus on ultimate team, I.E. Where EA makes more money in game currency purchases, and less time spent on the entire rest of the game. Almost everything else is exactly the same. Games like nba 2k, mlb the show and even Fifa all show improvements overall yearly that are great. This years nba 2k allows teams to move locations. The ability to create your own team threads and import your own designs. Maddens has a similar feature that's been the same broken mechanics from years ago that still don't work great with almost no ability to customize. You can tweak concession prices in franchise mode but who cares because your team no matter what will have negative funds the following season. This happened last year in the game as well and instead of fix the problem, they just coded it with work around instead of developing a gunner more customized way. Or heck a way that actually functioned properly. Basically the game actually this year plays good on the field but other than that there is no depth or additions just like the last 10 years. Basically a graphics and roster update. That said I bought it like every year because I love football and I have no other choices for football game purchase due to EA having an agreement that no other game company can have an NFL licensed game.
