Pay To Play 2018

Don't believe the hype, this is not a good game. Madden Ultimate Team - strictly pay to play. If you don't buy your team, you can't compete. Unless you're a Madden prodigy, you have zero chance of competing without spending additional money. As in hundreds of dollars of additional money. Since it's random, if you want specific players you should open a debit account with EA lol. Longshot Mode - a snooze fest. I couldn't get through it. Not even Ocho Cinco could save this epic snooze fest. Franchise Mode - I can't say for sure, but what I've heard from numerous sources is it's pretty much the same as 2017, bugs included. That's why I stopped playing franchise mode last year lol. Game Mechanics - pretty much the same, the only improvement is they evened out WR/DB battles for the ball. Stadium Shots / Running Out The Tunnel - have buttoned through it every time, no idea. What was the point EA? Resources that could've been spent in a much better way (like fixing bugs!). Target Passing - just EA's need to do something new with game mechanics, because we need hundreds of different passing techniques... and juke moves... and catch modes... and audibles. I've played for the lifespan of the Madden series, but 2018 (The GOAT Edition!) has pretty much killed my interest in this game. Trading it in on something not so "pay me more!" lol
