Way to similar to 17. Lag issues. Small things that bother me like no player names on jerseys when on the sideline. Certain camera angles when picking plays the stadium is completely empty with no fans. Main issue is the lag that actually affects gameplay.

If you've played Madden in the last couple of years, you've played this game. Even still, it's a decent enough football game. I can't stand the micro-transactions EA tries to get you to bite on in MUT. I wish EA had a competitor to push them to do better...

The movement has improved slightly. Other than that, its the exact same game. If you enjoy career mode as much as I do, stick with 17. Its the exact same, not a single change. That other mode they added is stupid. 3 hour movie with barely any actual play.

Graphics are nice, but the gameplay still feels generic and buggy. Franchise mode did not get updated at all. My advice is wait until this game goes on sale if you want a football game that bad.

Been playing Madden since Madden 94 on Sega Genesis. I stopped buying around 2015 because nothing ever really changed and they were more focused on Online gameplay. I bought the game cause it was onsale. Wont buy 2019

I love the Madden NFL game but I'm disappointed in this one. It doesn't let you be the owner of the team like 2017 does. Can't set ticket prices or concession prices. It would be WAY better if it did.

I got an email saying that if I write a review I will get 25 points. Bought the game for my nephew. As far as I know the game wasn’t returned. I could only assume it’s a decent game. 25 points for me.

EA has a tendency to lack innovation as it relates to the Madden franchise. I might wait to purchase this years game unless they show drastic improvements. I regret buying it full price.

Going to give Madden one more try before I'm done with it hope this one comes out better than last year because last year was just the past years all wrapped up into one with an updated roster

Pretty good game, they get really repetitive year after year. it would be nice if you could just purchase the game and get better roster updates year after year.

I don’t want to pay for a year just to go online....maybe I’m getting old but I liked the old way... I used to get this game when it dropped now I wait till Black Friday

I bought this game for my kids ages 8& 10 who are huge football fans. It was really difficult for them to play... however, my husband loves it!!

Another decent outing for the Madden series. Stopped being innovative a while ago. But still a dependable release each year.

This was my first madden game since 10 or 11. I was a bit disappointed with online gameplay and hope madden can return to glory

My husband gets the newest madden every year he said this one was harder to learn the plays and buttons for it. Not happy with it
