My son loves this game and plays it every day. I would recommend this for anyone with kids who love sports.

Madden never gets old. Haven’t played it yet as it’s for Christmas but we all know it’s going to be good.

My son selected Madden 18 (PS4) as the one of his Xmas gifts and he loves its graphics and new features.

First time buying Madden in a few years and it did not disappoint. Graphics are good, gameplay is better.

What you really say when it comes down to Madden, it give you the total in the game action. Right now it is giving Tom Brady the Madden jinx, being on the cover.

Madden NFL 18 makes the move to the Frostbite engine and the graphics are better for it. While some of the colors do not pop as much as the did on the Ignite graphics engine, Frostbite brings over raw power to the proceedings with improved stadium and player detail. The big addition is Longshot, a standalone story experience similar to FIFA 17's story mode. Longshot tells an interesting story and the characters are great. It does suffer a little bit from the illusion of choice where there really is none, but most people only play the mode once anyway, so never really notice. The weak shot this year is Franchise mode. It is basically unchanged from Madden 17's. There is a few little touches like preseason cuts and playing time improvements, a draft board, etc., but not enough to make much of a difference. Having said that, the mode is fairly deep and not bad to begin with, so don't let the lack of progress stop you from buying a copy. The on field action did see a noticeable improvement. Running backs do a much better job of getting skinny running through the line, so there is less getting hung up on linemen. The passing game improved too, with more variation between quarterbacks. The last big improvement is defensive, with much more realistic interceptions and dropped opportunities. Throw a dumb pass into coverage and watch it get picked off. Overall, Madden 18 is worth a look and probably a purchase for most fans.

Bought this for my son's birthday. He loves the game, and has hall all the prior Madden Football games.

Coming from someone upgrading from Madden 15, this game is way cleaner and the graphics are way nicer (obviously the upgrade from PS3 to PS4 helps as well).

Madden is truly the best football game out there. Great graphics and fun to play online with friends.

As usual this series performs well graphically. My son plays this often and doesn’t get tired of it.

Of course every new madden is always going to be the best, but this one is a big jump from last year.
