This year's Madden is the exact same as the previous year except it now runs on the frost bite engine which is used to run the battlefield fps games. The gameplay isn't bad but there is nothing new added to the game other than graphics.

I got this on Black Friday for my bf and he loves the game. I used store pick up which was nice and convenient. I didn’t have to go searching myself for it which was nice because the store was pretty crazy that day.

The big plus in Madden 18 is the new story mode. With several choices to be made, there are several endings that can be had. My friend and I have both played through "Longshot" mode and had different endings. The visuals are great. The stadiums are well lit and the textures on the grass and players are a definite improvement over the past few Madden games. The online Head2Head and Madden Ultimate Team modes are fun to play also. With challenges every day and week it is sure to keep the players busy.

Great game same old great sit downs with friends an winning or losing. But this story they added! I love it! Except I think it could of been mpre in-depth as far as customization an also playing for your favorite team

Hubby loves it, he has bought every madden for atleast 15 years. I don’t think he has any complaints. Other than not being a patriots fan. Oh and i got it on sale with a coupon, otherwise the price is stupid. Hah

This is the first time I've played madden in 10 years but the training mode got me back up to speed to learn how to play the game! Career mode is also very cool to take a high school kid to the pros. must buy!

The update to the passing controls have been pain. Easy on the run throws for the likes of Cam Newton now go way wide left or right if you throw a bullet pass. Match making during season MUT mode is a joke. My team overall 81 with level 21 matched against a level 30 and overall 92.

The last madden I played was 2014 and this one is so much better. Lets start with graphics. The frost bite engine is amazing. I got to see it being implemented in last years FIFA, but using it on madden you can tell the detail of the players, stadiums and fans. Franchise mode is where I mostly play and it is great. You have more control over your team. Ultimate mode is fun too. Overall a very good madden I recommend it especially to get you excited for the regular season.

Need a game that could be played on PS4 with 3 at a time. It works they figured out a way to play at the same time. Kinda hard for the 10 year olds. But they are happy!

The continuous shift of focus toward Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) is sad and disenfranchising. They clearly want to milk every micropurchase they can from users. Just focus on making a good football games with robust multiplayer options and stop the micropurchase emphasis!

This is my favorite Madden game yet! I enjoy the speed game feature, which allows the player with only a short amount of time to speed through a game playing only highlights of a football game.

Although not much of an improvement over the previous edition, the new animations on Madden NFL 2018 for the PS4 are great as well as the addition of the Longshot feature! I highly recommend this product if you're looking for an enjoyable football game for the PS4!

Great Graphics smooth Game! The frostbite engine makes the difference and the minor adjustments in game play.

This is the 1st Madden I've bought in a few years. GamePlay and buttons are relatively the same. Graphics look good and the palyers move more realistic. They didn't update Franchise mode too much, but did the interface is better than the previous Madden I had. A lot of stuff has been done to MUT, which I don't play, but it looks like if you enjoy that mode, you'd love this. Haven't played the story mode yet, but probably will soon. Overall a solid pick-up.

I love all of the game modes for this game graphics are incredible as always with improved gameplay as well.

We have only had a few of the older games, but I will say the ease of use, the better graphics, and working with the athletes is a lot more fun

Madden NFL 18 is another great game, it gets getting better and more realistic. Excellent.

My 9 year old son was able to pick this game up easily and is much easier to play than older versions.
