Let's be honest most iterations of Madden add 1 feature & rookies as well as coaches & FA's & called it a new Madden. This Madden they maintain some level of integrity with their greedy MUT system which I barely touch. The vast improvements come from things like Franchise mode which is more immersive whether GM, Coach, or Player it's a better step in the immersion. The player animations mimick a stronger feeling these are actual bodies, not crash test dummies. Importing college players in Madden Share is a nice change to the old days. Longshot is skippable but hey if it's there give it another go. Overall EA is a greedy company & Madden is a money train with MUT but with the debacle of Star Wars & possibly Battlefield, they delivered a better experience for Madden fans n any level competitive or casual there is a Madden in there for you.

By far my favorite sport game out right. I'm not really a football fan but I find the game play to be great. The story mode is alright but exhibition and online play are what will keep you hooked.

I got this for an early birthday gift for my husband and he seems to really enjoy it better than the last Madden. The gameplay and the features he says are better so thats a plus for him!

If you have played madden before and like it then you will like this game. Lots of improvements, new updated rosters, and more in depth. Real player motion will take some getting used to.

We've bought each Madden going back to '99 and this one continued to improve on an already good '18 Madden. Graphics are a little better and it's a little easier playing. Great buy!

The only NFL game available on consoles for years now. Fortunately, it’s a great game. From one year to the next, the biggest difference is the rosters. Like all games, it will be much cheaper in a few months.

The new MADDEN 19, has improved the motor skills , at every position, whereas, you're challenged in every situation! The use of the turbo, with running backs, is kind of tricky, because it seems the blocks are shedded, as soon as you get to the line of scrimmage. There seems to be a lot of incompletions, as the secondary is hitting harder this year. There are some glitches with reviews on whether a receiver is "in or out of bounds", as the announcers will prematurely say "the opposite of the outcome. It's also a stretch, with linebackers providing exceptional coverage on running backs out of the backfield, or lined up in the slot. All in all, it's a good look with the stats match ups, flexibility with the draft and great graphics as well

There are some controller upgrades for 2019 that take some getting used to, but it's all good. This version has better graphics and story mode. Rosters are more realistic than last year regarding trades.

I really enjoy the graphics on this game, as well as how easy the set up was. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about getting this game to just buy it already.

The madden franchise never disappoints. Great gameplay and new features and game modes. Can’t say anything bad about this one.

Graphics are there's a slight chance, gameplay takes a little getting use to if you took sometime off from buying Madden every year. The game plays more like real life than ever before

My son and I love to get this game every year for the new rosters and game modes and spend a lot of time together playing. He also now plays online with his friends which is fun.

It's amazing how much better these games get every year! There is a new look to it, and a lot of cool new features makes this game easier to play.

Most realistic madden yet! Running the ball is difficult i found but all around the game play is a lot better, and the graphics are great!

I have owned a lot of madden games over the years and I have to say this is the best of them. The running game has been dubbed down from last year and that is a good thing. Last years version was so easy to break off long runs this years version you really have to work for it I love playing defense and I am glad to see that they did not take anything out like in some years. If you love football do yourself a favor and get this game you won't regret it the base game will do for most people who just want to pick up and play.

My son owns an xbox and he had all the sports games except for football and the madden 19 was a Christmas gift. Great purchase.

We generally buy the new madden game every year and they keep getting better. Love the graphics and extra features. Must have game!!

Great game play. Love the graphics and how real the game play is. I also love that the players do all the same moves and jesters.

Some interesting changes to the new title. The Longshot mode is back, but without the robust dialogue choices or minigames (it's basically just watching cutscenes and playing Madden). Franchise gets some cool new options- you get to choose your team's scheme, which will grant XP bonuses to players who fit the scheme. Player upgrades are now in packages (you can upgrade your player as a pass rusher, for instance, which will grant a bunch of stat increases related to that role- you don't get to chose what they are). Ultimate team is also back with a bunch of great upgrades. Solid title.
