    DISAPPOINTED with the inability to load and play So bogus to pay for the disc only to have to download online Tell your kid on Christmas here you go now wait hours for the download by the day after Not a smart business model for the video games industry Do like the game just too cumbersome to get the darn thing going in order to play

    This is a good edition of madden. The HDR graphics are improved. The QB franchise thing isn’t bad.

    The graphics and game play are decent. Not much change from last year. The big change however is the pushing of ultimate team. It’s the very first screen you see when booting up the game. You can’t even get a menu before they try to entice you with a free card for your ultimate team. The game then defaults your main menu to be the ultimate team when you try to back out of this. EA spends more time trying to show you how to spend more real world money to improve your ultimate team, than they do actually telling you how to play the game. Each year madden becomes more and more aggressive with the push for micro transactions.
