(Intellivision and Atari days) Madden needs to update and improve franchise mode like always. Overall, still very fun if you don't mind and can afford spending money on smaller upgrades every year.

Minimal Upgrades Same Pay-To-Win MUT

The new QB1 mode is nice but otherwise madden remains stale. EA only cares about its cash cow ultimate team with pay-to-win microtransactions. The grind to go cash free is intentionally designed to take forever to build a team forcing you to pay up or take repeated beat downs from players who spends hundreds on their trams.
