if you play online you wont be dissapointed unless you arent good. As for the other modes they need some work. Hopefully the ps5 version doesnt have the same issues

Had high hopes, but super glitchy. Graphics are good. Gameplay is rough. Hopefully they can apply some updates to fix it.

Madden has been on the decline as of the last 5 to 10 years. The PS4 version I had problems with the black lighting and shadows. Upgraded to the PS5 version it's a little better but it definitely takes some getting used to The players feel really slow and heavy but it's the only football game we got out there so they got that over us. The exact same game from PS4 to PS5 except for the player movement. All we can do is wait for the next franchise patches, or Madden 22.

I only played this game once, I repeat once. A local competitive session with a friend set on 6 minute quarters. In that time the defensive controls were inaccurate and offense was still very much the only part of the game you truly control. The graphics feel dated but some animations have been added. The worst part was a called rushing TD where the replay showed them being shy by at least a yard, was confirmed a TD after a challenge. I had seen this in previous iterations but to still have this issue especially when all scoring plays are reviewed and even after a challenge is called to still fail is ridiculous. Other minor gripes include a TD pass being simultaneously caught by the receiver and CB through a forced animation, but I can live with that. Overall this just isn't a good game and I have no clue how esports takes this seriously.

Bought ps4 version because it brings an upgrade to ps5 for free. In all honesty the PS4 version is probably better than ps5 . Buggy game, needs updates.

Game isn’t that good and very confusing for a first time player also graphics are not good at all but overall it’s alright for the price I paid

Madden feels like it’s the same game over and over but with a roster update. I guess if you like collecting games like I do then it’s worth the purchase.

I haven't played a Madden game in years. Bought on sale, so for the money i paid its an ok game. Had i paid the full price I would be disappointed.

Got drawn into the hype of a new Madden game coming out. Only to be justified by the price being drastically reduced shortly after the release.

The videogame itself has some glitches, such as pixelations and morphed pictures. Game mechanics are all right. I would wait until it is onsale.

Just seems like a roster updated version of Madden 19. I still enjoy it but it needs much improvement in next year’s edition.

You’re paying for upgraded rosters, that’s it. The graphics are about the same - even on PS5 (next-gen).

Sort of disappointed with this game. Basically make you play online to get the full effect of the game. Everyone doesn't play online.

The game is ok. I just don't see the point of paying full price for an upeated roster and very little innovation. Buy it but not at full price

The same game like always if you like Madden get it. They probably should start changing the game or just release updated roster every year.

For PS4 or PS5 this game is still garbage! EA does not care about their fans or their game, the NFL needs to give the license out to other studios already. To this date, the NFL 2K series is still better than what EA puts out year after year. If they weren't so greedy, everything they "change" year after year could be done with a patch update because that is the minimal changes they make year in and year out. The biggest "changes" they make is how much more they can microtransaction hit you in their MUT and The Yard game modes. Don't waste your time with this game, EA just wants your money for a game that has been the same for the past 6 years...and NO, I am not joking about that statement.

Not much different than previous Madden games. New rosters is about all that's new. Somewhat disappointed in the last couple Madden releases.

Ea Madden needs to do a better job with updating the graphics and game play

I love the new defensive pass rush movement skills, they add an awesome totally new feature, just seems as if it could have been there years ago. Other than that, I've had a rough time with it so far at launch, hopefully with some patches the cornerbacks wont Moss the wide receivers every time and the quarterbacks wont throw for 90% completion against you. Franchise mode seems completely untouched, the most asked for fix yet nothing.

Took an extremely long time to get to me.said it was coming the 7th and did not come until 27th. Game is great wait time terrible.
