The game is fun but due to interface was difficult to get setup

Bought this for my grandchildren, and they love it.

Assuming I'll receive this at some point, but I haven't yet. This delay is because of USPS, and not Best Buy, hence not a 1 star review, but I ordered it almost 2 weeks ago

I have played Madden every year since the Sega Genesis. This game is currently unplayable . In MUT and Franchise their is a 15 second plus second lag when using everything from auction house to changing screens, to even viewing player attributes. Game can not be played. This is a problem for MANY PS4 players and no fix is offered. I have reached out to EA fir help anlor a refund and have gotten nonresponse. AVOID THIS GAME!

Pretty much an exact copy of 2023. Wouldn't bother buying this unless you don't own an earlier Madden version or feel the need for the latest rosters

I purchased the game even though my store was out of stock. Bestbuy texted me that it was to be delivered to me within 3 days via "Roadie". Well 3 days later I get a text from Roadie notifying me my order was canceled. When I went back to my store Bestbuy employees told me that I have to contact Roadie and get a claim number to give to Bestbuy so I can be reimbursed. Bestbuy then goes after Roadie. Turns out after speaking to a store manager that this Roadie company has and hires thieves that swipe game consoles, games, laptops and other expensive electronic equipment. I was also told that I would receive a gift card in the amount of the cost of the purchase and I'm still waiting to hear back from Bestbuy. It's going on over 3 weeks now. If you see Roadie anywhere during a purchase, cancel it immediately.

Rating due to first game we got it was not working correctly, replacement game spot on.

If you have PS4 no need to get this. Not much different from 23. Its missing all the new features no referees, etc.

Item wasnt inserted properly into case so when the game was opened it already had scratches on the back.

I was disappointed with my purchase. I paid for same day delivery and did not receive it until the following day. That didnt sit well with me at all.

Waste of a game. I'll rate a 2 for Best Buy cuz the purchase was easy and no headaches but literally one of the most generic poor games I've played.

PS4 game lacks many of the “new” features, no superstar mode.

I would love to review but I have not received the product yet. My order says item shipped but UPS tracking says item not received. Of course, no one had advised me of status other than myself having to follow up as to where the item is. As of 12/8 ... unknown. Ordered on 11/24. Maybe I will be able to review if and when I actually review the item :(

I think it’s a ripoff! Because you have to pay more money to get to the real game.

I ordered this before Christmas N still hasn’t came in it just says Delayed. Can I get my money back it’s been too long now
