Bought the game then it wouldn’t work on my Xbox. Turns out my disc drive wasn’t working. So I took the copy in to get a refund and they wouldn’t allow me to refund it, only exchange for a new copy. But they charged me twice after making a mistake in the return process. Still haven’t gotten a refund for the second charge and it’s been a month.

Make sure that if you try to return a video game to Best Buy, that you do it within 14 days of purchase or they won't take it back. What a racket! Never shopping at Best Buy again. Amazon returns are easy.

Requires a huge update just to play. Need lots of gigs of internet just to get started.

It was a gift that has to be returned, because it would not load to the Xbox.

I bought this for my husband and he is over the moon. He is a big time gamer and a huge sports fanatic. He hasn’t gotten off this game since I gave it to him for Christmas! He is always talking about how incredibly impressive the graphics are and how well created the game is. He give this a thumbs up!

My 10 year old son is a big fan, loves it and has no complaints or issues playing it. He was able to navigate the set up and learned how to play without any assistance.

It’s going to be great. Bought it for a Christmas gift. He knows he’s getting it and wants to have it now. Doesn’t want to wait and unwrap from under tree on Christmas Day

Great game. Just don’t have it ready for pickup if it’s a present. Best Buy puts this huge sticker that impossible to get off.

Love the game, updated ratings and more. Not 5 stars because Madden doesn't change much from year to year and all EA cares about is Ultimate Team because it's a money maker
