If you’ve played one Madden, you’ve played them all. In comparison to CFB 25, the gameplay is a lot slower paced - for better or worse. Like all annual sports games, just wait for a sale with greater than 50% off.

Possibly one of the biggest piles of slop I've ever played. My first Madden since Madden 17, and they have completely forsaken making a decent product in favor of extracting every cent they can from their customers. EA clearly only cares about Ultimate Team and getting people to spend money on packs to be competitive. Years ago this wasn't the case and the game mode was equally enjoyable for players who didn't spend money. Additionally, they have introduced a battle pass for Head to Head mode. The game quality is poor because they simply give the CPU cheats on increased difficulties. DBs and LBs will dive through the air to make interceptions your players would never make. Career mode is soulless. And Franchise has expanded in depth over the years, but there are so many quality of life improvements with the menus and drills that should have been implemented before release. I play on All-Madden difficulty, but All-Pro with the CPU difficulty sliders probably makes for the best experience. It's too easy on default sliders, but All-Madden can sap the fun out of the game with how poor quality the CPU is designed. The game does look great, and the new physics are fantastic, but none of that matters when you look back at Madden 12, or 09, or 08 and can play them in 2025 and realize graphics and physics aren't required for a good Madden, and as long as Ultimate Team exists Madden will be a shell of its former self.

Many issues with EA online play but overall the game is great.

Played the very first Madden game, on Sega Genesis, we’ve come a long way from that first Game. I bet John madden is looking down smiling at how well that game looks and plays just like the real thing.

Smooth gameplay, solid graphics, fun but repetitive.....

Madden 25 is an instant classic, smooth gameplay, just some usual minor mishaps but anyone who plays madden should know
