After hearing songs like Alone and If You Can't Hang, and Do It Now Remember It Later(I think) I was expecting this album to be a bit more aggressive but I like the more relaxed tone of this album, its dark at times, a fitting title for madness, the two loudest tracks are Kick Me and We Like It Loud, but I love every song, this is one of my new favorite bands now :)

Bought this for my daughter before she saw them live. She was happy to get it and says it's a great CD. My other daughter brought her to the show and they listened to it on the way there. My older daughter wasn't familiar with SWS before hearing the CD but is now a fan.

I like my late eighties and nineties and the 2000's , I don't find a lot of newer music I like so was surprised how god tis cd was. My teenage daughter turned me on to this and I listened even though I don't always trust her music taste and am glad I did.

The only reason it lost a point was because I thought the lead singer was female (oops), but it is still good cd. Maybe a little too poppy at times.

Better than Feel for sure. I didn't think they could do much better following Feel, but they definitely made something better with this album.

I was excited to hear in press that Sleeping with Sirens were trying to move forward from Feel, which was not awful but lacked anything that would make me want to pop it back into my car once I took it out. This record doesn't step in a different direction and does many more of the things that made Feel bad. This record is even poppier than low and not in the "catchier" way but structure-wise and harmonically. Most of the record is built from 2:30-3:00 songs which set up the standard verse-chorus-verse-chorus-bridge-chorus. The songs that are longer tend to just repeat the last chorus more. The record mainly consists of tired rock and roll tropes and much of the lyrical content seems intentionally directed towards their younger fanbase which, coming from a 29 year old man, feel disingenuine. Overall, the album doesn't feel like a step in a new direction (or any direction for that matter) but more of an "oh, what are the easiest bunch of songs we can slap together to try to make some money." After 2 bad records in a row, it'd be hard to convince me to give a new record a chance. Save your money and buy a record from a local band who probably is doing something more unique to deserve your attention.

My daughter was very happy with this cd and it is something she listens to everyday.

sleeping with sirens has a great sound on this cd. very original sound and creative tunes, would definitely recommend.

it puts you in the mood spiritually! I would listen to this all day if I can!

This is my first CD by the band but it has grown on me.

I really liked this CD. It was different than they're old songs but still delightful and great to listen to.

This album has a different, slightly more softer sound than older SWS but it's still great. Must buy.
