The installation kit looks like it came with the car. I'm able to control climate, radio volume and fan speed either from the hard pushbuttons, or the touch screen. Great addition.

I bought this because the original I had purchased a few years ago NEVER worked right. It kept losing the feature set for the selection buttons on my '11 Mustang and I would wind up having no climate controls, steering wheels controls and more things either non-operative or completely wrong for my vehicle. The Install Team at Best Buy San Diego did great job installing setting up this and so far I have not had any problems. They are excellent technicians and I can't recommend the enough and would gladly give them Five Stars for their professional work. Dylan deserves a special mention as he has been a great help to me with my car stereo over the last few years.

I had a Kenwood stereo system installed in my 2014 Mustang. Only took a couple of hours for the install . Best Buy installer explained everything about the new system in detail. Great job

I have been system in since December 23, following appointment Friday 10am . I arrived on time and was informed that Irving had quit. I was rescheduled for the 10th 2 hours away in Longview. This appointment was they ordered the wrong faceplate. I was rescheduled again the 6th and was there at 10. Tech removed my system and installed new 1. By then it was 2:30 in the afternoon. I attempted to turn on my a/c system but aftermarket kit would not operate my A/C. So 2:45 to 4:45 it was removed and my old unit reinstalled. I left Longview at 5 and arrived home at 7. I am not buying 3000.00 worth of items for free installation or anything else from you again. Thanks Rob

Im so happy with my Maestro unit. I wanted a new radio for my Mustang so i had to get the Maestro to make it work. I love it. Thanks Best Buy . Great installation job.

The equipment is nice, however my radio gets no reception, I have attempted to call the store several times, to only be told by a customer service agent they will submit a ticket to get a call back, which never happened
