Was sent an open package but paid full price

No paperwork, wires were obviously shorter than they should be and are frayed. The interface itself was not in plastic or any other protective packaging like most electronics are. Guess I'll go back to ordering from Crutchfield - this is a BestBuy issue. thanks for wasting the day I took off to install a stereo.

Captures 90% of OEM features

One thing that isn't mentioned is OEM speaker and voice integration for Bluetooth does not function. The installer said that its a known deficiency in the device. Not a problem for me because I don't care to talk to my car, or house, or anything else that isn't breathing.

Has some nice options but not reliable.

It relies on the can bus and i have had to replace another version of this I bought from Amazon. This new one seems to be much more stable but time will tell. The old version I had had trouble with starting the head unit every time particularly when it got hot out but I would pull the fuse and then it would work again. I only replaced that one with a new one so I didn’t have to rewire my adapter harness. I would probably recommend you go with a less programmable option for more reliable operation.

Very Reactive

Some of my buttons are different, because my new radio have more features. My Geek Squad Installer walked me through all the changes. It's been over a month and I don't remember what the buttons use to do.

Thanks for Not telling me about preprogramming

Because it wasn’t preprogrammed, the steering wheel controls don’t all work and the backup camera is faulty.
