I like it because it has a lot more action, and a very good storyline. One of the best things that has his three different endings in the game I'm not gonna tell you what day are you going to have to buy it and played it

Story story story..that's the highest point for this game aside from the brutal gameplay. Doesn't pull punches on racially charged issues and let's you destroy the racists that live in this gaming world. Sad thing is the game world feels bleak, glitchy, and empty aside from the side missions that you do over and over again. Gunplay is solid but the story makes the journey worth it.

Got it for cyber Monday and love it great fun times

At the right price, this game is totally worth it.

First off this game was on sale. I've owned ever mafia game title So far. And I expected this to be like the others. You dont hate it , you don't really like it. But you play it anyway. That didn't happen. This game is " fun easy " because you don't need to play it for 2 years to be good at it ( GTA ) . And the game also doesn't beat you over the head with complicated hard to remember interfacing. Idiot windows pop up often to remind you what to do or to explain a new feature. Which takes the throw the controller feeling away. You just end up having fun. Like you should be . Unique game. Best in the Mafia title yet. Plays out like a Docudrama except you get to decide how to handle the chaos. Perfect game.

Good story that relies on shock value too much. Gameplay becomes stale quickly. $30 is the proper buy price right now or a week long rent if you have the spare time will do it. It isn't worth the full price. Worth playing but not one you'll be keeping around (though coming dlc may make it a better game!) Rackets system just like The Godfather on ps3 or Scarface on ps2 if you like that game you will love this game. Those are cheaper alternatives.

Great game with an awesome and brutal story line. Graphics are spot on real. The makers have definitely dedicated their time in this game. Would recommend playing the first two games series before the third.

A great story that is exceptionally immersive. I think you will love this game if you enjoy games like GTA 5 or Watch Dogs 2 style open world action games. Great car customization with racing.

Mafia III has promise in terms of voice acting & the short amount of story I encountered, but the game is so loose feeling and glitchy that I lost interest after two hours of playing. It's hard not to compare to GTA V, a game that came out three years ago, which has more depth and attention to detail than Mafia III. Not to mention better controls overall. I knocked over a chair in Lincoln's (your character) room and it flopped around for two minutes, even when I was standing on the other side of the room. The enemy AI is hardly intelligent. You can stand up from cover and they just stand there looking at you. Not to mention they repeat the same lines over and over - "I'm gonna find you!" - "I'm throwing a Molotov" - Gee, thanks for the heads-up buddy. The weather goes crazy (sunny, clouds, sunny, rain, sunny) all within a few seconds. Enemies sometimes turn into boards when you kill them, if they don't fall through a wall or floor that is. You can read more into these bugs elsewhere, but from someone that purchased on day one, I'm sorry I didn't research enough. Hold off on Mafia III for a few months if you're really interested in the setting (cool place btw) and premise. There's too much else coming out this Fall/Winter to play an unfinished game like this.

I liked the secound one a lot better but if you like the second one this one is still worth getting

Great game, I've never played a game in this series before, but this one has a great story and the controls are pretty good. More or less like playing any GTA style game that it out there.

this is my 1st mafia game i love it so far with so much to do (so many too kill ) only down part is the loading time maybe its my old PS4 or the game is just too big

The game is alot of fun. The graphics are great and it's easy to get caught up in the story.

It truly is a great game but it's repetitive. I say get it when it's cheaper because with each main or side missions, you're going to be doing the same such as kill this guy, save or destroy, etc. The great stuff about this game is the story, characters, soundtrack and very authentic when it comes to the time period. If you're someone who doesn't want to play this because it's very "touchy" when really it's American history so why should it be "touchy" or if you have a problem with the main character and being in the mafia, by that I mean if you're one of those 'there's only Italian mafias, no such thing as other mafias" type of people then this game is not for you :)

So far it's a good game,I'm still enjoying the action and history of the mafia 3 in my ps4.Don't believe the bad reviews like 6,that's ridiculous, this game is an 8 minimum...it's repetitive?yes ,but still fun and which open world game it's not?? It is a bugs or glitches???yes ,but actually what games are free of bugs?? . Just for that i gave 4 stars.. ok...I got to go!!!,I will continue enjoying MAFIA lll...
