    Makes the best of a very unfortunate time in history. Get past the language and the 'time' of setting (1960s) and it's a very good game. Not for youngsters though!

    Mafia III is a pretty fun game with an interesting open world. However, there aren't a lot of fun things to do in this world. For instance, Why have bars and restaurants that you can go into, but can't eat or drink anything? It's a good game, but ultimately more of a linear game in an open world setting.

    As with every game in the Mafia series, the story and cutscenes are fantastic, cinematic experiences. However, the game makes you repeat the same handful of missions for every section of the sprawling map. It reminds me of Assassin's Creed 1. There's quality game sandwiched between A LOT of filler.
