I bought this as a gift for a friend, to help them save money. I have one that I purchased direct from Magic Jack and it works great. I pay in one year what I use to pay monthly for the same results.

Love magic jack. I don’t get any spam calls . Instead of a 40.00 phone bill it’s only the price every 12 months. I am was so tried of our local phone carrier . Highly recommended. Only time it may go down is when the router is down. Still worth the wait .

So far so good, It works and I was able to keep my phone# and ditch optimum for phone service. Relatively easy to set up. I also use a fax machine and just have to switch out the phone wires when using that.

I have been using Magicjack for years. it is a cheap way to have phone service. It fairly good replacement to have a landline phone.

Easy to wire up and install but software is very hard to follow. If it's your first time setting up you will have to call for help. The online software assumes you know what to do. After getting help they did walk me through the set up, it was not like what the software said to do at all. So far it works well and my old number was ported over in several days. They give you a temp phone number while yours is getting ported over

Easy to use! I could not figure out how to disable my lan line! So I purchased wireless phone and worked on one line! Works fine! Like some of the magic jack features! I can receive voice mail messages sent to my email!

I was tired of paying $30 a month and I remembered this from back in the day,looked it up and best buy had it so I tried it and this first week it has been great really nothing bad I can say but try for yourself installation and setup was easy and got it going in minuets

Quick and easy fix to let mom keep her landline! Simple to setup and connect. Worked right away and was able to 'port' her oldnumber over within a week.

Easy to install and works great. Product was well worth the money. The newer version works without a computer. Although I did need a computer to configure it. I will save over $150 per year.

Replace your landline home phone with this product. I cut the cord with my cable company and lost our home phone. This product allows us to keep a home phone rather than add another cell. Very cost effective!

bought this item a few days ago so i can cut costs with the cable company i was with, and within a few days of activating and porting over my home number, it works well. give you a year free of phone service. porting number was easy (but have to pay a one time fee of $19.99) i highly recommend this item!

Magic Jack is a great way to save on phone service for an inexpensive land line. Yearly cost is less than most services charge for 1 month. Sound quality is ok most of the time and for the amount we use it.

The service itself works. The thumbdrive device is bulky and takes up space, but works. There's an extention but it's short as hell, but....works. The app is cool after you pin it to your task bar. For the most part the value is solid! It might not replace a real phone network or phone line but if you had to, you probably could. Realistically, yeah. For outgoing calls, no doubt, it works.

I decided I needed a cheap alternative to have a secondary phone number. Being a MagicJack in the past, I ordered out another one. The first year of service is included with the unit. Setup is easy and it works excellently.

Omg I love that they are improving the service. I have always had this device but now I got it for me my parents. I am getting rid of their bills and getting them this phone service. And the cool thing about it is they allow you to port over your old number but only after you activate your service. So they never lose their old number that has been with them since my birth, lol. I can fax off the one line and number from my printer. It’s an all In One game changer.

Home phone without the monthly price tag! Definitely worth it!

I have been using MagicJack for two months and has been working flawlessly. I purchased it so I can save money from cable company. I can even use my Fax machine without any problem. All you need is just plug it to your Modem router and you will be all set.

Bought to connect grandfathers phone after disconnecting from cable/phone service. Easy setup. Had to pay to transfer his phone number to Magic Jack from previous service, other than that no phone bill for the first year!
