Good product that I was able to purchase online because I needed it quickly. It was delivered to my home on time. t was super easy to buy online, and the delivery was very fast. I always enjoy purchasing from Best Buy either at the store or online.

Overall a good product/service for the price; especially if you do not use your home phone that often. For some reason daylight savings time doesnt take and caller id doesnt work

Easy to install and started working immediately after installation with the assigned #. Porting my old # took a week but it has nothing to do with product.

Works great, can be linked to a computer or plugged into the wall; easy to set up and to transfer your phone number to it. You can call from a phone app or using the computer or phone if you hook it up to a phone.

This has been a very easy and reliable transition so far. The porting of my number was quick. The quality of the conection has been flawless. I can receive calls on my cell phone though the app. There is no accual customer service to talk too but i dod not need any help. There is no call waiting. I use it with my current cordless phones withe the answering machine and it works normal. It does have a voicemail which cam be accessed through the app. Well worth it

Bought for my senior mom who still wants a home phone. This upgraded her old magic Jack which had sound quality problems. This new device fixed the sound problem and renewed her service membership.

I have MJ and I love the way it works , so I got it for my husband

It’s working up to expectations thus far. One caution, though, we had MJ years ago and if you choose to discontinue use, you may loose your phone number.

I needed a landline and after doing some research I bought this magicJack and it works great. It's only $50 a year and is very easy to set up. All you need in addition is any kind of home phone, I bought one with a answering machine for a good price.

I truly don’t understand the point of paying for home phone now when the only reason to use a house phone is to call a missing phone. Bought this for my mother because she is forever misplacing her phone and this made more sense than anything else, also this makes more sense for all of her other magic jack phone friends who still have cell phones with limited minutes as magic jack to magic jack are apparently free. Only issue is making sure internet is working right, but that’s an entirely different issue.

Works exactly as expected. It is a much better price than the big phone company and for a fee, I was able to "port" (transfer) my original number. Please keep in mind that you must have internet for this to work.

MagicJack Home is an inexpensive VoIP telephone alternative. Voice quality is good. However customer service is via chat only and needs improvement.

Replaced a unit that was purchased in 2012. Buzzing background noise has disappeared! Works flawlessly over the internet for incoming and outgoing calls.
