Bought this when we moved out of state to port our existing "land line" number and to see how well it worked. Easy to setup, works mostly well - I have some contacts' cell numbers that never seem to connect - get a fast busy - but it could be on their end. We like it so we can plug into our wireless multi-handset system so more than one person can have a conversation with friends/family without the annoying cell-conference-multi-delay. I wish it had some additional features especially call waiting caller ID. I renewed for a second year so I guess that says I like it!

We purchased MagicJack as part of our "cutting the cord" adventure. A few little issues with porting our number and accessing voicemails, but those are due to getting used to the new process rather than some functional issue. $40/year instead with MJ of $250 - $360/yr with Verizon, so a happy customer here.

Easy to set up! You just need to follow the instructions that come with it.

Easy setup and transferred existing number, I had to initiate transfer a few times for some reason. Verify accounts have same format of name and address prior to attempting transfer

Love my Magic Jack!!! It is also cost effective and I can't do without it.

This purchase so far has me amazed and I hope I do not have to come back later to say differently. The service has been wonderful and for the total price for a years worth cannot be beat unless you find 100% free. I am even able to hook my fax machine up to the data line on my home office home and I am still cheaper than any other options I have been exploring.

Love this product, just cut the cord on my home phone, easy to transfer another number and great service, will be buying another one for my parents soon

I needed to add a landline at home. Monthly rates were too high. MagicJack did the trick. Very easy to install. Service is great. Curbside pickup with BB was easy too.

Magic Jack is a great replacement for a landline phone. Extremely useful for those occasions when I misplace my cell phone.

Good so far 1 month along easy to set up amd port number to. Took about a week. So far no complaints. Sound quality “sounds” not quite as clear as Vonage.

Bought for mom to save her money. Only $30 a year. Super easy setup. Takes about 10 days to port old number over.

I have bad reception in my house. Magic jack service allows quality phone calls with no disruption.It was delivered the next day. Luv it.

I had some difficulties getting everything set up and the caller ID still has not been changed for when I call people, but it's a good product overall.

Much better quality of calls, so far none dropped. Use it with wired land-line that has several wireless phones, so we get service in 5 areas of our house. Can't be beat!

I have kids and elders at home, despite all the cell phones sometimes I can't get ahold of anyone and this phone line is just the perfect solution for me, affordable and reliable.
