The Magicjack was purchased to replace the previous one I had for over ten years before a power surge during a stome took it out. The process of activating the new unit was quick and easy, the one year subscription that came with the new Magicjack purchase automaitcally added to the length of my current subscription. I am very happy with this item.

Love this product, just cut the cord on my home phone, easy to transfer another number and great service, will be buying another one for my parents soon

Did not think it would work but it turn out it is working fine

I needed to add a landline at home. Monthly rates were too high. MagicJack did the trick. Very easy to install. Service is great. Curbside pickup with BB was easy too.

Good so far 1 month along easy to set up amd port number to. Took about a week. So far no complaints. Sound quality “sounds” not quite as clear as Vonage.

Magic Jack is a great replacement for a landline phone. Extremely useful for those occasions when I misplace my cell phone.

We purchased MagicJack as part of our "cutting the cord" adventure. A few little issues with porting our number and accessing voicemails, but those are due to getting used to the new process rather than some functional issue. $40/year instead with MJ of $250 - $360/yr with Verizon, so a happy customer here.

Bought for mom to save her money. Only $30 a year. Super easy setup. Takes about 10 days to port old number over.

I have bad reception in my house. Magic jack service allows quality phone calls with no disruption.It was delivered the next day. Luv it.

I had some difficulties getting everything set up and the caller ID still has not been changed for when I call people, but it's a good product overall.

Much better quality of calls, so far none dropped. Use it with wired land-line that has several wireless phones, so we get service in 5 areas of our house. Can't be beat!

After TV channels were scanned, many of them wouldn't work. Then some of them will appear and disappear. I spoke with the Insignia customer service and let the know about it. Also, I've noticed that when I've played with wires including the amplifier some of the channels appeared with good quality of sound and pictures and then disappeared. Overall, it's not bad. First two antennas I returned, the third I decided to keep.

It takes a little getting used to. I was able to forward my house phone to my cell whe I was out. We have saved so much money with this, it is awesome!
