I purchased the Geek Squad warranty. When I called for help I was on hold for 45 minutes and when I finally was connected to the correct department they hung up. The directions provided with my purchase were vague. I called an 800 # and the connection was poor.. I amstill on the fence with thi sproduct.

All the feature s that are advertised work well and tech support was very good when needed. Ported my phone number within one week. Voice clarity is excellent and caller ID works well. Does not have call waiting caller ID, but for approx. $3.35 a month for local long distance (opted for a additional year ) First year is included with purchase.

Affordable Voip Service

It provides unlimited calls, voicemail, callblocking etc. with an affordable annual cost. And the great thing about Magic Jack this device is transportable abroad or at home.

If Best Buy would have told me to forward my old number to my cell phone, I would have received my phone calls on my cell phone.
