I think the Magic jack is a very good product This is a great way to save phone prices

This is a great phone replacement for your home phone. I cancelled my service with phone company & retain my current number. The phone quality was the same. You also get the option to use their app to answer your home phone from any where.

I can cancel my landline now which I am paying a lot! Instruction is easy to follow but don't expect to keep your current phone number. My cel phone is for my family and closest friend and the land line is used for others

Going back to landline phone since Cellular Signal in my area has bad reception. This gadget works like a charm!

Was skeptical about this item, but I was tired of paying almost a hundred dollars a month for a simple phone line. Thus far magic jack has worked for me no different in phone line quality.

Not my first magic jack, great for when I travel to South America.All i need is the internet and I can stay in touch with my family back home.

My grandmother needed a land line so that she could communicate with friends and this product has been great

I bought this for my mom to get rid of her home phone bill. It’s been about a month now and it’s been nothing but problems. She meets the minimum internet speed requirements. After talking for a few minutes the call starts to go in and out and get static. Also at some point you even hear a beeps noise. Sometimes the call even drops. I’ve did everything the online tech support says to do.

I bought this so I could work from home and travel. I am able to take the MagicJack with me and use it anywhere that I can access the internet.

Mt AT&T Landline cost was going through the roof so I decided to give Magic Jack a try. Porting my landline number was easy, setup was easy, and the service has been great. Even has an app that allows you to make and receive calls from a cell phone, so now I basically have 2 phones on my cell phone. I really love it.

First, they say they have "caller id". But I was seeing no names, but only phone numbers on incoming calls. I found out that showing names with MJ is not possible. (BTW this might be a chargeable option on other VOIP systems.) MJ would not show my name when calling others. I chatted with support and could not get this working. And...The device would stop working after a few days and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it going. Support would not replace the device. A horrible product. I switched to Ooma and am very happy with them.

If you want to save money on your phone bill ,this is the way to go. No more cable phone bills. You need a cable modem to make this work.

This is a good device to have if you want to get rid of high monthly phone bills . Does not work as well with satellite internet,a little slow and has some static.

Works nicely. The sound quality is the same as with "big" companies that charge you a significant amount monthly.
