    I was leary of trying this product but I've had this for a month so far and I'm very pleased with it. My phone works just as well as it did connected to another carrier.

    Got my magic Jack hooked up myself. Wasn’t hard at all. Kept my same phone number and it is working great!!!

    It’s doesn’t have caller ID/call waiting I like to see who’s calling. The name of the caller doesn’t pop up only the number

    I purchased this because phone service going away with sprint. This has been a life safer with all the scam call and people call wrong numbers .

    Magic Jack is wonderful. My Relative really loves the idea of having a Home telephone to use and only paying $39 a year for service. Great Item

    I was told this is a updated version and would have better reception and work better. I dont notice any difference in it from the old one. I think I would rather pay magic jack to have home service than the phone company. Alot cheaper, even with some problems.

    Great Device, Take any where abroad Plug in in Wifi and Make Calls back to State side... worry free... Give to relatives overseas and speak like they live next door.. No extra charge

    This product lasts about a year. Then something goes wrong. however, However, it is still worth the money as compared to the competition.

    I love magic jack which has helped not needing a landline for the purpose of a fax machine at home.

    The app on the Mac was difficult to use and wasn’t clear what it was doing when setting up. I would up having to connect the device to my computer and follow the cryptic and slow prompts to get it working. It then generated this strange number for my cell phone, while the transfer of my existing phone number to the magic jack took about a week without a hitch. The iPhone app is stand some with its own strange magic jack phone number, and does not give access to your magic jack voicemail.

    Good VOIP phone service. You get your first 12 months free, but after I was able to get and offer to pay $79 for the next 5 years which I took advantage of.
